    We returned my mothers items within the 10 days buyers remourse period and they still have the finance company Financeit after her.I have explained that this was all returned yet no one calls you back!Now they have sent her to collections! It has been an awful experience as my mother is 89 and has been taken advantage of! I would never recomend this company. Very unethical

    Excellent session. We learned a lot about smoke detectors and why different smokes set them off or not. Mardi explained everything clearly. He's very good and everything made total sense. I will keep my bedroom door closed from now on, replace batteries every 6 months, have an escape plan, and put 'people locator' stickers in the windows. Thank you for the fire blanket. A very good experience.

    Ive purchased their equipment, reason why I purchased it I was concerned on how I can monitor my home when Im away. Since it was installed the networked never worked properly. They have came about 3x to always connect it back but after a month it disconnects again on the wifi. *** contacted again around 6mo ago and was talked to rudely by one of their support staff. He never sent anyone to fix the problem. And because on how he talked to me I became traumatize to call them again.Until a sales has called me again and offerred me the service again. And I was shock as I was already a customer and I have complained to her about her company. The same day their manager has called me and I told him my experience. And also shared the latest where I went on vacation and when I came back after 2 weeks I have found the little hub has the power connector has broken and went inside. It is funny as this equipment could have started the fire itself. He sent a tech to have it replaced but they thought it was the power adapter and I told them it wasnt. He has said to replace it they will give 50% discount. I refuse to pay for something that never worked. They use fear and shows concern when presenting but once you have sign. Good Luck to us all. They never called again. They didnt care. They only care to sell. So be warned!!!

As we have told you in person, over the phone and in your ****** review... Everything is under warranty.We do not cover physical damage, which is what you did when you were trying to plug it in with a cords that you had from a different pieces of technology to the point that you broke it.
