      They completely destroyed my fathers roof! did work we never approved of.they have and we have zero paperwork proving we asked them to fix the so called leak? they are the worse company ever .they put holes in the roof that weren t there! beware of these guys

      If you are looking for a roofing company to do the roofing work, avoid this company!We had our roof replaced by Macbeth in year ****************************** September this, called them to come to inspect and they refused to admit their fault and let us pay another 5k to do some work which is not related to the leaking. We hired third party roof company to do another inspection, they discovered many deficiency comparing the contract they supposed to do. Macbeth cheated on not installing ******* strip around the perimeter on the roof, not install the paver on pedestals on a flat roof, which suppose to be a water channels to allow water to flow between the under a paver to the drain location. After we have the result from third party, we have made many attempts to connect Macbeth, they are basically no response to us. The roof job was done by Macbeth 2 years ago, the roof is still under warranty. If we hire someone to fix the issue, I believe our 20 years warranty will be no more in effect. We have to hire someone to put the tarp on the roof to avoid further damage. If you don't want to end up this situation like us, avoid this company !!!!

      Had a shed roof replaced with metal. The workers were polite and friendly and worked on my property over 4 days. Emails were responded to in prompt and professional manner. They had to repair a lot of rot and only charged me for materials and time of the extra work.Would recommend this crew for more work and will definitely call them again in the future.

      If I could give this company 0 stars here I would. They are unprofessional, destructive and negligent as a company. They completely destroyed my mother in laws home and she has been living with massive holes in her ceilings trying to wait for them to come back and rectify the utter chaos they inflicted on her home. Theres being patient and giving a company a chance to make their own mistakes right and then theres just total avoidance and dismissal of their steady stream of excuses. I do not believe they have ever had any intention of fixing the leaks that they not only installed in their mess of a roof deck but also in the havoc it has caused all over her house in damages. If they keep putting her off they never have to admit they screwed the whole thing up from the start. MONTHS OF EXCUSES! MONTHS OF INCURRED DAMAGES! Whatever happened to the customer is always right?! Especially when she is!!

      These guys were the best. Quick to respond to my questions and to send somebody out for a quote. When they said they were going to do something or have somebody at the site they were there on time every time. A pleasure to work with and would heartily recommend them.
