    ********************* OF 398 ****** DR ENTERED MY APT WITHOUT PERMISSION, HARASSED ME TO ***************** EVERY MONTH THEN STOLE MY DAMAGE DEP. WHEN I REACHED OUT TO STERLING VIA EMAIL THEY DIDN'T RESPOND SO I TAGGED THEM ON FB AND MADE A ****** REVIEW. THEY THEN HAD ***** FROM FSJ CALL ME TO HARASS AND LIE SAYING I OWE THEM 2 MONTHS RENT. CRIMINALS

    This is such a terrible company to deal with. They allowed a tenant to take a whole appliance from my property while they were in charge and when I brought this to their attention they told me to replace it, then I would be reimbursed. I replaced the appliance and was never reimbursed. Then on top of that, they sent contractors after me for bills that I already paid them for! For a company that specializes in management one would think that they could manage their own finances better and keep track of their own bills that need to be paid. I would highly recommend that you do not give them your business, as a tenant or as an owner.After all of this, the only results that I seem to get are when I post reviews publicly. So far they have found their accounting error with the contractor and apologized, but in regards to getting a refund for the appliance I have only been given an amazon gift card in restitution. It's a nice gesture but it does not account for a whole stolen appliance. They won't refund me still because I didn't have photos of it being in the house, they had photos but can't seem to find them when it became convenient for them to lose those photos. They even noted the appliance was there in their inspections. They charge you to manage your property but they want you to do their job for them. Again, I would recommend that you do not deal with this company.
