    I'm trying to start a return for a mens jacket that was the wrong size and color! Emailed "***** "And have yet to hear back. I tried to call several numbers and struck out as well! What kind of customer service is this?I will call my cc company hoping to reverse the charges! Totally scamming customers!

    I ordered a coat in size L but they sent me an XL. Ive emailed them several times in the last few weeks to initiate an exchange for the correct size and have no response. Buyer beware - do not order from this company.

    I dont recommend this business. **************** is slow and not knowledgeable. I received a coat that was $200 and didnt fit. I sent email to request refund and without looking into my purchase they said they dont give refunds for sale items. I didnt buy this on sale, I had to send a couple of emails letting them know on their policy that I get a full refund. After that, they agreed to my refund but it takes **** weeks to get full refund. Its been over 10 weeks and I had to send two emails again on status. I would stay away from this place

    I would give zero stars if I could. Like everyone else, I cannot for the life of me reach anyone there - customer service is nonexistent. I ordered from mia melon several years ago, and nothing I purchased at that time fit me. Upon returning the items, it took me a week to get them to issue me the correct store credit, which they told me would never expire. I have been checking their site periodically since to find something in my size (they frequently sell out of larger sizes quickly), and two weeks ago I finally decided to pull the trigger. I entered the code I was given for my store credit at checkout, and only $20 was deducted from my total, not the $250+ dollars in credit I was assured I had. Over the last 10 days, I have emailed 3 times, sent several text messages to the number they shared on their website to text, and sent multiple messages on their social media platforms and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME! They are holding my money hostage* ***** ** ****** ********* ** **** *** ********** ** *****. Believe mine and all the other reviews here: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you do purchase something, you'd better hope that it fits perfectly and is not damaged, because you'll never hear from anyone at mia melon and you'll never see your money or a replacement product again.
