    Mid-March 2024 I purchased two jackets totaling $263. They were received March 23, 2024 and did not fit. I contacted MiaMelon the next day and asked for return instructions. A few days later I received an email from ************************* suggesting that I exchange the items and that an "RA" was attached for the return. There was no "RA" attached. Instead I received a P.O. dated 2022. I again contacted ***** for the return instructions which were finally provided days later. The returned items cost me $47.00 in postage to return. Still no exchanged items were received despite several emails from me to *************************. Then I received an email from ************************* from the warehouse dispatch who indicated that one of the exchanged items was not available in the color ordered . ***** suggested I pick another color and said she would throw in a gift of either a backpack or tote given the problems encountered. That is the last I have heard from *****. Still no word about the items I have been waiting for and it is April 8, 2024 despite three more emails to *****. ***** replied today that he cannot do anything without MiaMelon's instructions. I asked if ***** was an AI robot and he advised that she is a real person. I asked him to contact her for me since she has not responded to my emails. He said that a change in ownership is going on and he will alert the new owner as well. Still no response from *****, nor the jackets, and I am out of my $263. I no longer want the jackets; just my money back! I have reached the end of my patience and understanding.

    I ordered a jacket online from Mia Melon, order number ***************; I received the jacket on Dec. 20, 2023; it was too small; I sent a couple of emails to initiate a return, on Dec. 20, 2023, and 22, 2023; they eventually responded on Dec. 23, 2023, and indicated that they had the jacket in a larger size; I sent back the jacket that I had received; and heard nothing from the company. I sent several more emails, on Jan. 16, 2024, Jan. 19, 2024, and Jan. 27, 2024, tried to contact them via ******** ********* and *********, and finally got an email response on February 3, 2024, with ******* about the delay -- short-staffed, computer server problems -- and indicating that they would give me a store credit. They also purportedly gave me a code to use for the store credit, but not only was there no code included in the email, I have no interest in a store credit. I want a refund. I emailed them again, twice, on Feb. 3, 2024, and Feb. 6, 2024, asking for a refund, and have heard nothing. I'd like a refund in the amount of $169.

    I placed an order for 3 jackets from Mia Melon (I intended to try the different sizes and colors and pick one and send the other 2 back). I received an email from the company saying that they received my order, and my card was charged. Then...nothing. No followup email saying it had shipped, and I never received the items. I have contacted them multiple times in multiple ways and they are not responding to me. Attached are screen shots of the email they sent me...I have no other supporting documentation because none was sent!

    October 15th 2023 I ordered a jacket for $143.40. Order #***** It arrived the week of October 23rd. I was out of town so did not get to try it on until Oct 29th. The jacket size did not match expectations (based on other jackets I purchased from them). Oct 29th I sent an email to the contact their website listed: ******************. I asked to exchange the jacket for an alternative size. I never heard back. November 6th I reached out again to ******************. I tried a different email address incase my first one got lost in their spam filter. No response. November 19th I tried another email on their website *************************. This time asking to initiate a refund instead. No response. I have tried calling the number on their website but the number is not active. They have a 45 day return window. I tried to initiate a return <7 days of the item arriving at my address. The jacket is unworn and has been safely kept in the shipping package. ************************************** I would like to return the jacket for a full refund. Thank you.

    I purchased a ****** Coat from Mia Melon in October. I used the size guide listed for this model on its order page. I received the order on Nov 9th but it does not fit, it does not match the sizing listed. It varies from 1/2 inch to almost a full inch short for measurements at flat (so in the round that doubles).I contacted the company by the protocol they lay out on the website to initiate a return: ********************************* I emailed once on Nov 9th, and ince on Nov 19th, there has been no reply to either email. Emails were polite and straightforward. I have worn these coats for years, I have never had a problem before. I would simply like to return this coat for a larger size. But as there has been no response from customer service I'm not sure what to do.

    I ordered a jacket from this retailer on 10/13/2023. Order #*****. I received a completely different item, and when I reached out to exchange it, I received one message of, "we're looking into it." And then nothing else. I have now been contacting them daily for three weeks with little to no response and no resolution of my issue. All I want is the CORRECT item ordered.

    I ordered a jacket from a company called Mia Melon. I ordered the wrong colour in error and put in a request to return the item. I was given the go ahead to return the jacket and did so. The jacket was received at their location on May 2nd and I waited the 6 - 8 weeks they advise is needed for a refund to be processed. I have written to this company requesting a refund and just last week was advised by one of their representatives that I qualified for a refund, but still no refund has been issued.
    I would like a refund for the jacket which I returned.

    I have been waiting on a refund from the company and their phone number works and their customer service does not respond to me for weeks at a time, and when they do there is still no resolution. I have had problems with this company before as well, where I had to go through Paypal to get my money back because the item was never shipped to me and I couldn't get anyone from the company to respond to me. That issue was resolved, but I'm still waiting on a refund for an item I bought in OCt 2021.

    On December 30, I paid $315.30 online for 2 coats on sale. They arrived and were too small and I gave one away. On January 19 I was told I could exchange the other within ****** without an RA. On January 25 I was told the next size up would be mailed out Friday from their physical store with a tracking number. I returned first coat. When I got no further follow up I phoned and their customer service number was disconnected. Now their physical store is closed and there is no response to emails. I would love to receive a coat that fits, but failing that a refund of $157.65!
