    I was living at country view motor inn for a couple months, where I had to give them a $1000 damage depo. When I moved out they refused to give me my money back, since there was no damage. They refuse to talk to me or answer my messages. I consider this theft by them. I reported them to the ********, but will see what they can do.

    This person only had a $450 deposit and it was used to clean the bodily fluids his mother left behind when she checked out and damages.  The deposit was paid by the ******** not ****.

    I am rejecting this response because: I apologize BBB, after contacting the ******** and ***********,  turns out my damage depo was $450, and my rent portion was $1044. I indeed did pay for the damage depo, $450, as $20 a month comes off my *** cheque each month for almost 2 years. They are blamin ** *** ****** ***** ****** *** ****** ** *** *********, of damages that were there before we moved in. With the promise as times goes by they would paint the maker writing and make the room look more appropriate. We were told prior to moving in, everything was professionally shampoos, the mattresses, floors and couch. The place in fact did not get shampooed as I had to major cleaning before we unpacked. In fact it was one her of their employees who told me our room wasn't shampood, just a quick wipe down. I just want my $450 dd and will move on. Absolutely refuse to pay for damages that were there before we moved in, ** *** ****** ***** ****** *** ******.

    This guest, **** ******** and his mother statyed with us for a couple of months.  The deposit, was paid by the ********, NOT by the guest and was NOT $1000 rather $450.  The guests left the room and disarray with human ***** and bodily fluids on our beds and sofa.  We had to replace all the furniture damaged by the guests.  This room was inhabitable for several days and we lost out on potential revenues.  **** has been going on social media running ***** campaigns against us and our business to ****** us with false information.  He fails to mention that damages he caused and his damaged deposit was used to cover those costs.  Thank you.

     

    Attached is just one of many posts **** has decided to make on social media in hopes that he can ****** money out of us.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Again, yes ******** paid the 450 damage depo for me, and I pay back $20 each month. It is inconceivable that we did any damages to that place. All damages were there prior to us. As well, if there were ***** all over the place like manager implied, then mom wouldn't of had homecare come visit her 2 times a day. I have a witness who moved us in that can state in his words what the place looked like as we moved in. I had to clean the room up before we could even unpack. Making posts on ******** is free speech, as it is all the truth. Even the attachment the manager posted, shows that others feel the same as I, and been through the same thing with them. I have total support on the media. Again, their own employee admitted that the room wasn't "shampooed" or anything prior to us moving in, to a room where we paid $2400 a month. It is inconceivable that ** ***** ****** *** ** *********,  and myself as caretaker, did anything damages or left ***** all over the room. We were only there for 2 months. And, again, can have a witness state what he saw the rooms condition. Homecare workers wouldn't come if the room was in that shape, 2 times a day. I feel this is a feeble attempt by the manager,  to keep my damage depo. Reading the posts made about this motel,  many people were in the same position,  and got scammed by them. I kept that room clean daily, we my mother and I aren't pigs and don't live like that. Absolutely insane manager is willing to *** and ***** my damage depo, as they seemed to always do to people,  by all the posts made from customers. I will continue my pursuit to get my money back that we are owned. BBB please tell me if you would like me to attach a witness statement about the room.
