    HORRIBLE !
    My husband, myself and our * **** old stayed the September long weekend 2022.
    We had a mouse in our room, although couldn't we could not find it we heard rustling out food bags. The next night, our friends in a different room saw a mouse. Thankfully another friend who was staying there had a dog. He was able to sniff the mouse out and found it dead ******* ** *** *** **** *** *** **** ** * ***** * ******** under the heat register. Finally the staff saw us and asked what we were doing and we told them. My husband and 2 staff members took the heat register off the wall to get the mouse out. There were 2 holes behind the register. Staff plugged them with tissue . Not sure that will keep the mice out, and I am sure that is a fire hazard. Staffs reason for the mouse " They are landscaping next door and the hotel is located in Valleyview and are at the bottom of a hill so there are a lot of mice" again, appears to be a known problem, no traps around the building were noticed.
    Our room and 2 others did not have a smoke detector. Each day, staff advised they would fix the issue. When we had mentioned it to staff and the answer we received " guests before us must have taken it off so they could smoke/vape in the room" her response was so fast as if it was a known problem.
    We went in to the enclosed pool/hot tub room, to find the cover half on / half off the pool as there was a stack roofing shingles on the ground and around back side of the pool so probably made it hard to take the pool cover on and off.
    Our toilet had a little leak, but none the less a leak. We had to put towels in behind so it didn't leak out on the floor.
    We were at the hotel with several friends with several rooms. We were all charged at check in, some had been charged for other rooms after check in as well even though it was not there room. A lot of confusion.
    Highly not recommended and do not feel safe staying in the hotel.
