We were very pleased with their service. They called to confirm the day before. They also gave us a 2 hour window when the appointment would be. The service technician was friendly, removed his shoes upon entering our home.Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling

A perfect experience! From my initial phone call , appointments and discussions with a terrific company representative. He was fair and presented all options. I actually decided to proceed with Comfort Tech because **** was such a fine, honest and ******* fellow. As were **** and **** who arrived within a week to do a flawless install. They were engaging and explained various options, as well as fully explaining how to operate the new furnace.This sounds corny, but it actually felt like these 3 colleagues were a family of sorts. Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed a year ago and the install met my expectations. The follow up afterwards is great, they stand by their product and service. I have used this company to install a new furnace and had them check my air conditioning unit. The team that came to install the furnace was awesome. They worked together well and installed it quickly even though it required more work than expected.
