      Summit Paving completed paving on four (4) driveways in our area. As part of the contract both parties agreed to, Summit Paving was to return Fall of 2024, specifically promised 2-8-24 to Sealcoat the driveways which were paved. We have made several calls to Summit and left messages through the month of August and September. At this point we have not received a call back. We would like one of the following actions (without going to court); 1) completion of work promised 2) full or 50% refund based on failure to complete work.       Summit Paving - ***************** *********************** ********************************************************************* 4G4 Summit Paving person, *******, came as he was completing driveway in the neighborhood around February 9, 2024. He was very well spoken of how they would do an excellent job with paving old driveway with "3 inches of new asphalt" and completing a new driveway to the side as well. However, the asphalt is not settling, holes now in the driveway and water puddles noticeable. The work is supposed to be "fully Guaranteed for 5 years" as per the contract, but all my calls are unanswered and I have left multiple messages on the voicemail as well. It is frustrating and people should not be getting scammed this company.

      Feb 12, 2024 Was cold called by SUMMIT PAVING doing driveways in my neighbourhood. We agreed to a recap Old driveway with 3 inches of New Asphalt. He threw in a free seal coating to be done in the Fall.The day of the work we spoke with ******* about the creases not filled in twice. He said the asphalt would settle and fill in. It did not. He assured me that the job was 100% satisifaction and would return in two weeks to see. He never did. I have called twice and left messages. He has not returned my calls. I want the repairs done as he said he would do and then seal it.

      ***********************, the owner came and knocked every houses in my area and asking to do asphalt for the driveway so as we were agreed to pay his company $4800 *********************** came and did blacktop on my driveway on Feb 19 2024 but it is not as expected as he signed the paper as 5 years guarantee, 3 inches of new asphalt and collected all the garbage but they did not do as promised. It is just so thin 1 inch of asphalt so grasses are growing through asphalt and surface has so much cracks, uneven and holes.I called them 20 times on business phone and cell phone but they *******. I sent them alot pictures that had bad asphalt on surface but he does not respond. Please help us to do what it is right if they can come back to repair or ban this ******* company so they don't scam people around Appreciate for your help

      On January 8th, we paid $9000 cash to have our 2 driveways paved and all debris removed from our property (received a receipt and 5 year warranty). Before crew left we let ****** (the representative we were dealing with from the company) know we were concerned with pooling water and it didn't seem level. He said it would level out. The debris was left on our lawn. For a week we sent several texts and voice messages about our concerns (unlevel and puddling) and that the debris was left on our lawn. We got no reply. I sent an email to the company and was assured someone would be out to address our concerns and remove the debris. No one came. I followed up with another email saying we were going to file a complaint with the BBB and got another reply back from *********************** (owner/operator) that stated they would come and redo the driveways on March 11 at 7:30 am as it would be better once the weather got warmer. No one showed up on March 11 and no one is answering our calls or emails or text messages. I have saved all correspondence with this company. I have recently discovered that this company is ******** people throughout **. There is a ******** thread on "Okanagan Contractors Corner" where people are complaining of being scammed by this company (people getting their driveways done as well as dump truck operators not being paid). There are photos of the trucks they are using and photos of the people involved. I am attaching documents to support my claim.
