Hired Groundhog Excavating to fix a water seepage issue in my basement. They came and replaced some drain pipes and reassured me that they scoped the drain pipes and everything has been fixed. After paying the business 14,437.50 $ for the service on Nov 29th, we noticed water seeping in again after a few days. I contacted the business again hoping to fix the problem. They came and scoped again and now they found issues all of a sudden in a drain pipe they had scoped earlier. Trusting the business, I agreed to get the work done again. They charged me $5512.50 on December 13, 2023 for the second contract. However, after a few days, water was noticed in the same spot again. We have been trying to get in touch with the business for the last 2-3 weeks but not getting a response or reply from them. We have made multiple attempts to communicate with the business but no response
