      Boycott Barnes Harley Davidson. They have the most dealships in ******. They have only been in the ****** ******** business since ****. Their main business is car dealerships. They don't care about customers. A few times I have tried to get parts from Barnes and was told the part was not available and it would be a minimum of 7 days from Milwaukee*. Called ******** ****** and the part was on the shelf. Barnes checks their stock and their other 3 shops and if they don't have it, it is unavailable. ******** ****** and other ****** dealerships check every dealer in Canada, including Barnes. Barnes will not check other dealerships but their own. They do not care about helping customers. They want the sale and customers will have to wait.

      We are not able to carry all parts our customers are looking for. As much as we wish we could, its simply not possible, though we do our best to pressure *************** to send the parts we are missing as soon as possible. Ultimately, its out of our control. If a part is missing from one of our locations, we check our other locations immediately to see if we have it elsewhere. If we dont have the part at any of our locations, we can try to look at other dealerships but there is a variety of reasons why we may not be able to view their inventory. Its not that we refuse to check other dealers, its that we often and usually cannot see what they have in stock. In this case, our only option is to order the part and await its arrival. We truly wish we could do more but in this case we exhausted all our options.
