      My wife went in person to order a canopy for her truck, clive the sales person looked at the truck and the vin number, ordered a custom canopy and ordered the wrong size. My wife never provided dimensions. He says that my wife approved the sale so it's her fault and they won't fix the problem BUT offered to sell it for her on market place for a fee. Pretty lame. Never go there again.

      Hello ****....Thanks for the review. As I mentioned to you when we spoke on the phone your wife came in and ordered the truck, and provided us the bed size we ordered. I even have her online website contact form which states she has a 6ft 5" bed. If she was possibly unsure of her truck bed size at any point she could of told us and we would of checked. We always review our order with the client to verify all the information about the truck and options selected. At this point she agreed to the order and confirmed the information. She was also provided a physical copy of the invoice which has the information as well. Further when we phoned to contact her to let her know that she had the 5ft 8" bed, she was surprised and said "oh I don't have the 6ft 5" bed.?" I appreciate the frustration you have and we have offered to work on trying to sell the canopy for you. If you want to discuss anything further please let me know. Thanks
