On time, clean efficient, friendly. The two young men were endlessly patient answering our questions and helping us get started. They actually seemed to like their job. I would highly recommend this company.

Very impressed with Coastal Energy!
From the salesman, to the receptionist, to the installation crew, and even to the follow up crew, all of our interactions were friendly, courteous and professional.
They run an organized show. They arrived when they said they were going to, they dealt with my (numerous) questions to my full satisfaction, and my AC is working perfectly.

Fantastic crew Chris, Cameron, Cindy(electrician) professional, courteous, friendly. Explained everything during and after heat pump installation. Angelo who did our estimate to begin with, awesome gentleman to deal with. Reception/Secretary in office, always pleasant and knowledgeable. Everyone one was great to deal with
And very professional, the girl in the office and Angelo who came and gave us a quote right away and date for our installation. . Angelo and the crew were great to have in our home . They had fun together and did a great job . So fun to hear the laughter. They cleaned up everything and Jake made sure everything was working great before they left. Great work.

All staff and technicians were professional and polite. We were kept up to date on supply chain issues, and our questions were answered honestly - no false promises were made.
The technicians were on time and respectful in our home. Someone was always available for any inquiries and concerns, and calls were prompted returned. Very pleased with the service and the product we received.Coastal Energy Ltd.

Coastal Energy was so very helpful and accommodating. From the office to Angelo who came to my home and promptly gave me a quote. And the crew Devon, Santiago who did the install day at my home were also outstanding. So efficient, tidy , patient and just a delight to work with. They put my mind at ease. And Angelo followed up to ensure I was pleased.
