    Chaparex Express *** is an office located in ******** provides courier services for its customers. One of its responsibilities is sending ******* passports to *********** to get renewed. I gave them my passport on 10th of January 2024 to get renewed. It was supposed to be sent back after almost 4 weeks. After 40 days with a lot of follow up, they said that passports are sent back without getting renewed. I had limited time to send my document before 28th of February to extend my work permit under ******* policy. I just rushed to their office to have my documents. My documents were in an open pocket without any address or stamps which was weird. They promise to give back my money which was 322 CAD in cash. I must mention that they did not accept credit and I had to pay cash. They said that they have found some problems with Mexico City, and they do not work with each other anymore. After awhile I found that they were accepting money and documents from other clients till late of March. If they found that there is a problem with the Mexico City, why they kept continuing to accept documents and receiving money from clients. I found that it is not just me, a lot of people have this problem and we found each other. Now almost about 400 people in a group from *********, *******, and ********. We believe that we are more than that because many may not be aware of this problem, and they are waiting for their documents. They close their office in ********, and we had two demonestration in front of their office for claiming our money and some of us for their documents as well. On 31 of ************* came and write a report. Till now we have not received any money back.My concern is not just about my money and losses they caused me , it is also about abusing my documents, They had all of my document, my passport, my ******* Id.

    They charged us $519 to apply for our Iranian passport, now they have closed all 3 of their locations and asking us to sign a paper to receive credit for the services or 20 percent less than we paid cash in September.In the meantime they have apparently registered another company.There are more than 400 people, their lives has come to a halt because of this.We need them to refund our money ASAP so we can start the process of getting our passports ourselves.

    I signed a contract with this company and paid ***** CAD to send my passport to ****** for renew it and they told my it take approximately 40 days but now after 2 month( more than 2 month) and so many excuse they set a deadline to give my passport back at the end of this week but their office is closed without any notification and update.

    696 / ***** Translation results Translation result On December 14, I mailed my and my wife's documents, which include passports and birth certificates, to Chaparx at the ********* office.In order to renew the passports, as they had promised in their *************** it was supposed to take 3 weeks to finally 45 days for them to send us the new and old passports.On December 18th, they called me and charged me over the phone the cost of $589 through my credit card.I also spent $13.40 to post my documents there.But today, after almost 3 months have passed, they have not done my work for various reasons, I want my previous documents that I sent to them and also my money back, but they are avoiding this with false promises.

    I handed my ******* passport + ******* Birth Certificate as well as a copy of my ******** ********* ********* **** to Chaparex office in ******* ( *************************************************************************) ** January 10,2024 to be sent to ******* embassy in *********** for my passport renewal. The lady who took my documents and the money which I paid ***** $ in total (***** $ by my Debit card and 165 $ in cash) to her, said by maximum 5 weeks I shall have my new passport. After 7 weeks I called and she said the embassy returned back all the passports from clients due to there was an issue with the embassy that they couldnt renew the passports. I called the embassy and there was no issue! The lady said she did not let people know although Chaparex received their passports because Chaparex was told to not let people know. I told her how is it possible that chaparex decides on behalf of people to not to tell them and hold their passports for two weeks until you figure it out?! If I didnt call their office I wouldnt even know my passport has not renewed yet and they have hold on to it! I went and got my passport on March 4, 2024. She made a copy of my passport in front of me and she asked me to write on it that I received my original documents. She said I shall have my money back via email transfer within 2 days. I have not yet received my refund (*****$) yet. I have been calling to both offices in ******* and ********* requestion for my money but each time they say I have to wait. I left voice mails for their CEO (*************************) as well as sent emails to them but they do not respond to my emails, nor heard back from their CEO. I read their reviews on ****** and they did the same thing to other people. At this point not only I have not got my refund back, but I am worried about my identity documents that they made copies from them and I really have identity concerns. I do have the emails as a proof that I have been reaching out to them and no response from their end as well as records of my conversation with staff over the phone. Please support me with this situation and advise me what are my rights and how can I get refund. I have financial concerns as I need this money to renew my passport. I am also, concerned about my identity. I really appreciate your support. Thank you kindly,
