    My worst experience with Chaparex I'm sharing my terrible experience with Chaparex, a company I trusted to handle my passport renewal. Many others and I entrusted Chaparex with our passports and a significant amount of money, expecting a smooth service. For more than three months, Chaparex provided no communication or updates, leaving us incredibly anxious and unsure. When some old documents were finally returned, it was clear no actual service had been provided. Many still, never received their documents back. Chaparex took our money in cash, preventing us from disputing the charges with banks. They just have a guy who were just ***** to everyone in email when we ask for our money back. Same thing happened in all their store including North Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto. Our attempts to get refunds or resolve the situation were ignored. Chaparex simply closed its doors and vanished, leaving us financially hurt and without our essential documents. Few weeks ago, we a group of their customers gathered outside the closed store. We're frustrated and disappointed, and no one just came to store to resolve the problem. I'm writing this review to say others across Canada about Chaparex. A broken trust and a cautionary tale: Our experience was a fundamental breach of trust and a complete failure of service. Please consider my story before using Chaparex or any future services in any form of companies they establish, to avoid a similar ordeal.
