    So pleased with my first hearing aid , I had heard many negative about the use of them ,but they are awesome. The service was great ,very professional and very helpful explaining everything about my first hearing aid .The extra bonus was that they come strait to my door ,so convenient for one who does not drive much anymore.     I have been using hearing aids for the last 8 years or so. I have dealt with three different Hearing Aid Companys. The first one was adequate, the second very good but relied totally on internet use. Contacting the staff at the ************************************** was an extremely pleasant experience. The staffs professional expertise, office receptionist communication skills are phenomenal. Their follow up client care plan, second to none. I am approaching my 90 year and I am deeply aware of the value of the on going follow up service they freely provide. Certainly a Company to contact while searching for hearing aid advice and service.

    After having problems trying to get a hearing test that worked for me, I researched online and found Hear At Home Mobile Hearing Clinic Ltd. They listened to my needs before starting the tests. They did extensive testing, much more so than the previous place I went to. Then got an accurate assessment of my needs. The staff, ****, ********, **** and **** are all knowledgeable, professional and caring. Awesome experience with all the staff!

    Hear at Home is a well run business and provides technology & training to customers wishing to improve their hearing. I have worked wit this group and they are very professional and well trained. Most recently I started using hearing aids as a test for me. I did use them for roughly 2 months but in the end I chose to continue not wearing hearing aids.As mentioned, this group is very motivated and supportive. I am certain that over the next 2/3 years I will purchase hearing aids. Everyone was helpful and supportive!Thank you!******

    I can't say enough about the excellence of the treatment I received at Hear at Home. Emma at the reception was friendly and ready to be of help to me. Jennifer was wonderful; she's a skilled professional with a wonderful manner, I walked out of Hear at Home with clear ears and feeling like a million bucks.

    ******** and her staff provide excellent service. She travelled to my fathers care home to do the needed assessment, ordered the appropriate hearing aids and then travelled again to fit the aids and before leaving she provided staff with the pertinent info on his specific needs. Within the next year both my husband and I had a hearing assessment done in the office, and we both agree that the staff go above and beyond in providing great service. Theres no need to consider other companies as Hear at Home is the best!

    Hear at home provides excellent customer service with enthusiasm and expertise. ******** walked me through how to clean and change the inner part to the hearing aids even recording it on my phone so I had a reference when needed . **** was very friendly and personable and offered me a bubly drink and a treat . They go above and beyond and I highly recommend them !

    Very pleased with the service provided by Jennifer to my mom who lives in a care home. She is very knowledgeable and very patient which made it easier for an elderly person. My mom is happy with the hearing aids. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing hearing aids.

    I am writing on behalf of a highly independent but homebound elderly lady who has been a client for a number of years and recently had a hearing review. Hearing at Home worked with her to arrange a mutually convenient appointment. The client had been worried she was hearing less and was concerned improvement options might be limited. When I visited my friend after her hearing appointment, I was told about how happy she was with the care given, the clear explanations, and the resultant increased in sound. My friend was again following the conversations and had her sense of independence back. Jennifer has created a much needed service that brings care and aid to those less able to get access to help. She encourages and enables their ability to retain their independence by being as engaged in their world as possible. We are very happy to recommend Hearing at Home
