    Fabulous company! Jennifer and Emma has shown prompt service, expertise, as well as a personal touch! Everything from purchasing the hearing aid for my elderly mother, to the service Jennifer personally provided, and the subsequent ordering of batteries, etc. has been beyond ordinary customer service. I would highly recommend this company! It’s been two years plus and we have never been let down!

    I can't say enough about ******** and her team. All very easy to speak with and the response is always timely - from setting up an initial consult, hearing test, moulds for ear piece/s and if necessary, taking another mould to ensure the best fit, followup with warranty issues. In particular, all this can be done in-home which helps with meeting the needs of those who can't get to their location.

    Jennifer was very patient and helpful getting my ** **** *** mother set up with her first hearing aids. Mom was admitted to Hospital part way through the fitting process. Jennifer and Hear at Home staff were very patient waiting for Mom to recover. Mom was able to adjust to the new hearing aids very nicely.

    I want to express my sincerest appreciate the for the support that Hear at Home provided. My mother is in LTC and lost her hearing aid. Jennifer and team were able to get a replacement rushed out. She also made a special trip to delivery and fit my mom with her hearing aid on a weekend. Far above and beyond any expectation. Without a hearing my mom is completed isolated. It was like a switch came on when she got her replacement. She was connected again and it was great! Not only does the Hear at Home team provide great service, they truly care for their clients. I cannot say enough about how much they have helped improve my mother's quality of life.

    Simply fabulous! I called Jan 2nd and let the team know that one of their clients was in a hospital (with no audiology service) and needed help. Her hearing aid wasn’t working so she couldn’t hear the staff. We arranged I would bring it in for servicing (1-2 days or 1-2 weeks if major repair needed). I would get there at the end of the day or leave it in their box for the morning,
    Jennifer, however, went above and beyond. When I finally arrived (well after closing), she was still working and waiting. Not only did she fix the hearing aid there and then, she also sent me with a new hearing aid case and cleaners (as well as fresh batteries) so that the patient would be ok until she could get home again.
    Having someone who helps the homebound with their hearing is already fabulous. Going the extra mile to help an older lady get a bit more control of her situation while in hospital. She could communicate again.
    Outstanding service and a great entry into the new year. Thank you.

    Both my husband and I are so pleased with the services we received [exceptional] from Hear at Home. The quality of the hearing aids are excellent as is Jennifer's knowledge of her work. She and all her staff are caring, helpful, friendly people and this attitude came across on our first contact with them: people first-always. And it's been consistent. Trying to make the right choice [like hearing aids] is often not easy but Hear at Home certainly made the experience a pleasant one. Thank you!
    And a special thank you must be mentioned to Emma who was my first point of contact. Her warm friendly demeanor in her emails made a big difference for me.
    Jennifer's ability to 'hear' and to 'listen' to what is being said is a gift which is helpful to some of us oldies. So again, thank you. And we wish you every success in your business venture. It's well deserved!

    My visit to Hear At Home was impressive. Even though, Jennifer doesn’t work with the specific brand I have in both my ears, she did not hesitate to download it and call the support team to learn how my hearing aids work. After she adjusted them, I am now happily putting them into my ears every morning and keep them until I retire in the evenings. That never happened before and I have been struggling with them for the last 3 to 4 years. First with one and for months with the second ear as well. I never imagined I would put them in every morning and “forget” about them by the evening. Once, I actually almost went to bed with the hearing aids still in my ears.
