    I took my 2003 ***** Accord to this place because it had an excessive oil burning problem. The staff provided a list of issues they said needed urgent attention, with an estimated cost of $2,300. Since I urgently needed the car and wanted to ensure its safety, I agreed to the repairs after they assured me the car would be in good condition afterward.When I picked up the car, after paying about $2,300, they informed me that more work was needed, and the car wasnt safe to drive. I had to bring the car back the following Monday, where they charged me about another $2,000 and kept the car for four days, with delays in the pickup time.During this process, I received conflicting information from different staff members. When I was told I needed to spend about another $1,500 for additional repairs, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager later admitted that some of the extra services werent necessary, which made me question the charges from the first two visits.Three days after spending about $4,500, the engine light came on again. I took the car to an official ***** service center, where they reviewed the previous repairs and informed me that some repairs may have been unnecessary, and the engine was still burning too much oil. They recommended replacing the entire engine after all!I hope the business can come up with a solution to address these concerns.

    According to Mr. lubes diagnosis, the problem was from pully and belt. So I paid for a pully and belt+ labor. I spent over $600. Come pick up time, I went to Mr. lube later that afternoon, the problem was still there, I was very upset, one employee there brought a stethoscope and put it to my ear and the other end to the alternator and said, see, that's where the noise is coming from, that's what your problem is. I asked then why couldn't they have performed this diagnosis before I spent $600. He just shrugged his shoulders, smiled at me, and walked away! (Strangely enough, I haven't seen him work there since that day) I asked them for my money back, but the manager told me he had to talk to the main office. And just like that, I've been getting passed around like a ball between their main office and an irresponsible, lying, incompetent pawn in place of a manager.
    Nearly a year has gone by now, I've gotten nowhere. I just called the main office again today to follow up on what is going on with my complaint. Get this... they had no record of my complaint!!!! None! Like I never filed a complaint at all!
    Terrible Terrible experience. Don't look for honesty or professionalism in this establishment.
