      An investment in a new bed is significant and if Sukh had not given us the time and valuable information to make this choice, we probably could have gone with something less expensive from a competitor. Some friends recommended M+N to and we were not disappointed. There was a small problem on one of the motors on the bed and a service rep was there quickly to fix it. The original install was done with courtesy and care with a full explanation of how things worked. It always feels good to shop locally.

      Purchasing a mattress at M&N Mattress & Furniture turned out to be a positive experience. I prefer supporting local businesses with products made in Canada and M&N came highly recommended. Sukh was very patient, making sure I made the best choice for ME. The product was delivered in two days and I have been enjoying it ever since. The service from the time I walked in the door at M&N to the time the delivery men walked out my door was exemplary. Much appreciated.

      I decided to replace my old uncomfortable mattress. I had heard and read good reviews of M &N Mattress and Furniture store so chose to go to them first. Sukh was extremely helpful in first asking me what I needed then showing me several beds that might be a good choice. I didn't feel hurried or pressured and appreciated the time and attention I was given. Delivery was within two days! The delivery men set up my new bed and took the old one away. They were quick and efficient. I have not slept so well in a long time and my only regret is that I didn't go to M &N sooner!

      The owners of this family business are so friendly, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They went way out of their way to help me when I bought a mattress from them, and had to return it, no fault of theirs, or the mattress. Just a situation I was in. There was no hesitation. They did everything they could to make me a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be going back when I need to buy another mattress.
      I would tell anyone looking for a mattress/bed to please go to M&N first! You will be well taken care of. They’ll even give you a hug if you want one! Thank you! Thank You!

      Amazing customer service. Mark gave me plenty of information to help me make a uniformed decision. Delivery guys were polite and set up my new mattress and took the old one away. Another good thing I liked, was my mattress is made right here in BC. Really happy with my purchase, as I have been having some really great sleeps. There is one downfall though....I don't want to get out of bed in the morning. Will be recommending you to everyone I know.

      The Sales staff were excellent. All options of the new bed were explained. Arrangements for delivery
      we’re excellent and delivery staff were
      polite and handled the removal of the old headboard and bed frame.
      The installation of the new bed was excellent.
      My wife and I were extremely happy.

      After just about 10 years we figured a new mattress was coming. We prefer to support our local merchants so popped into M&M in Parksville. Of course we checked with Dr. Google first. One of us used to be a football and rugby player (not her). Still have the bulk but not the physique. Google said "for your size better get a firm mattress." Welcome to M&N and a whole new vocabulary about how a mattress feels. Sukh is the sommelier of mattresses, and he takes the time to help you understand the differences and find what is best for you. Not pushy but really helpful. We have been having great sleeps thanks. No not 'firm' but do we ever enjoy the "full support" no matter what position we sleep in. Thanks a bunch folks.

      Quality product, professional delivery. When there was an issue on delivery (missing drill holes for knobs on one drawer) it was dealt with immediately. Excellent business to deal with.

      I’m very pleased with our latex mattress,get a great sleep.Also happy with leather armchair,hopefully in the future they will find a way to conceal electric module,minor detail but would look neater.
      Pleased with the staff and delivery guys,very professional and provide answers to all questions. In a nut shell great P.R.
