M & N Mattress is a great business. The owners are onsite and involved: innovating & expanding their product line and showroom and providing excellent customer service. We bought a King Ironman mattress and Ergomotion adjustable bed from them at the Victoria Home Show a decade ago. When we wanted a Queen this year we went only to M&N Mattress in Parksville to shop, selecting a latex Ironman mattress and their signature Ergomotion adjustable bed. Same great service from purchase to delivery and set up. We know from experience that they back what they sell, and we highly recommend them.

Hats off to your company! I had an issue with my electric bed that I bought from you 3 years ago. When I called, you sent an employee the same day. Liam is a personable, knowledgeable young man who diagnosed the problem, left and returned with the necessary part that immediately fixed everything. When he was here, I asked him questions about settings for the electric bed, the Bluetooth app and lots more. He knows his stuff! Service and product, highly recommended.M&N Mattress & Sofa

When spending hard earned money it is imperative that the product is exceptional, and the customer service is legendary. This I have found with M&N Mattress. They were friendly, informative and helpful finding me the recliner that I have been searching for for years. They under-promised and over delivered, which used to be industry protocol. Time to build my dream recliner 9-12 weeks, not unheard of in today's buying timeline.
It was here in 6 weeks!
I just LOVE their professionalism. Their delivery staff contacted me on delivery day to say that they were ahead of schedule and could deliver at 11:30 instead of 1pm. If it was not convenient, they would come at 1pm. I was impressed with their knowledge of the product they delivered and their care and concern for my home. They made sure I understood all the workings of my remote and that I was happy. Years ago a competitor merely dropped the item off, plugging it in, without advising me of power outage traps like you need a battery installed and where it was located. 10 out of 10 in my book!M&N Mattress & Sofa

We are more than satisfied with our purchase of an Ironman bed. The bed linens are generous in size and the slimmer pillows are the thickness recommended by our arthritis specialist. For once we are sleeping and awaking pain free. The salesman knows his products and there was no pressure to buy. The delivery men did a fine job: courteous and thorough.
