    These guys were AWESOME! They called 45 min. ahead of timeSUPER friendly and kind and most importantly, GOT THE *** DONE!!! Ill definitely be using them again

    The workers were punctual, polite and quick. The issue is that the pricing for their website is for a smaller vehicle and they show up with a larger one with pricing that is 4x higher; none of this was communicated. The truck already contained junk inside before they put mine in. The lack of transparency is concerning. I wanted them to take my junk out of their truck and hire another company but I felt bad for the workers. I will not be doing business with this company again. I do not recommend this company.

    I can't sing enough praises for the Junk Brigade Junk Removal Service! From start to finish, their professionalism and efficiency were truly remarkable.
    First off, scheduling the removal of three mattresses couldn't have been easier. With just a simple phone call, they promptly arranged a time that suited my schedule perfectly. 8:00 AM on a Sunday!
    Moreover, the pricing was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the top-notch service they provided. There were no hidden fees or surprises, just transparent and fair pricing.
    Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the Junk Brigade Junk Removal Service. If you need reliable junk removal, look no further. They've earned every bit of this five-star rating and then some!

    Just had ***** and ***** stop by and help remove a bunch of junk and they were very professional and quick. Not only were they great but the whole experience with the company was great. I cant believe I called them 3 hours ago and they were able to book me and complete the job within that timeframe. I thought Id be lucky to get anyone out to my place within a week or two.

    I was scammed by this company. DO NOT USE THEM. I was charged $1,500.00 for a $500.00 service. They are consistently resetting their ****** reviews, to get rid of bad ones, and must be paying for fake 5 star reviews. I reached out to the company twice to try and rectify the issue and they did not get back to me.

    Please do not use this company. They took advantage of me by providing inconsistent quotes and were quite rude in their approach. They are well-aware of that they are doing customers and previously had fake reviews to achieve a 5-start rating.

    Not impressed. The removers just threw everything into the truck haphazardly and said it was full. I made them shift items around so we could get more junk in. When charging by volume they should actually try to get a lot in the truck. Left a huge scratch in the hardwood floors. Just no.

    We hired this company to remove some renovation junk from our property. ****** (apologies if I've misspelled your name) and his crew are very pleasant young men and did a good job. They came on time, gave us a reasonable price, and did the work efficiently. They wore gloves and work boots and worked well as a team. They were courteous and cheerful. And they swept up our driveway before they left. We would certainly use them again.************
