  Stay away from this company.Terrible experience. Tooked 2 twin mattress and 2 twin box springs and charged me $477. and That was after told them to take them off the truck. The first quote was over $600.00. website = Min- $105*,1/4 Full - $125 ,1/2 Full - $250,3/4 Full - $375,Full $500.He told me those rates weren't right because he had a different truck. He put all 4 pieces on the truck laying flat and it was 1/4 full. He then said there was an $80.00 dumping fee for each piece. That is also not true. I called the city transfer station. He changed his story everytime I asked another question. I haven't felt this ripped off in a long time. Watch out for the 5 star ratings. Other upset people have noticed a pattern .

  Junk Brigade was hired after they gave a quote for $2000 which was greatly inflated in the first place. The customer, a ** **** *** woman was obviously distressed and upset having had her boat sink. The staff at Junk Brigade in my opinion conned her out of another $1000 !!! They didnt even take all the junk as promised and left a good proportion of junk behind. One of the staff hounded the woman and she was crying and in obvious stress. ************* ********* ********* ** *** ********

  Aiden and Cory saved us! They were the two technicians that picked up our junk on the weekend, which allowed us to move out of the rental house on time. They went above and beyond in terms of their service, but what's more they were super friendly and easy to work with. Thank you both for helping us finish our lease with ease!

  Had Corey, Quinton and Aiden come to pick up quite a bit of construction lumber. Quite nice to work with and got the job done. Compared to the phone price per cubic yard there was a 35% surcharge for construction materials that was unexpected but that pretty much put them on par with the other quotes I got. I negotiated a top rate and they honoured it even when the amount of material was more than estimated. Pretty much expected that would be the final price. They were very efficient as well. Definitely a negotiation situation but final price was on mark and they took everything. Pretty on par with other junk removal situations I've had and perhaps a bit cheaper. Overall satisfied with the result, but yes, prepare to negotiate! only thing to improve is for the phone quote per cubic yard to reflect higher cost for construction material - although I wouldn't be surprised if thats part of the marketing.

  I hired The Junk Brigade to clear out some old furniture and a considerable amount of construction debris from my property. The experience was nothing short of excellent. Their commitment to professionalism and service quality is commendable.The team arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. They handled everything with care, ensuring no damage was done to my property. What's more, they completed the job quicker than I anticipated, leaving the site clean and free from any junk.   I've had the pleasure of using their services multiple times and I am impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and dedication.Their team is incredibly friendly and respectful. The workers waste no time in getting the job done, yet they are careful to avoid any damages to the property.Their prices are reasonable and competitive. It's evident that they strive to provide excellent value for money, without compromising on the quality of their service.They are also very environmentally conscious. I appreciate their commitment to recycling and their effort to minimize waste headed for the landfill.   What a fool I am not reading reviews in BBB before contacting this company . No wonder they are not accredited. Slick website with bogus price tags. Slick loaders who were hung over . Small amount of items and was charged $750 dollars. I know there is a lot of unscrupulous people , but 50% surcharge. I am pensioner and I don't normally write reviews , but people stay away from this company.

  I had two king size mattresses and some furniture taken yesterday. Two guys named **** and **** went above and beyond to help me out. I'm too old to take care of it myself and I really appreciated their patience. Thank you.

  I posted a negative ****** review of this company yesterday after bad service and suddenly there were 8 five star posts (all posted at the same time, all with the same first name) to increase their rating and push my review further down. So Im less likely to believe their other 5 star posts. If theyre posting fake ones to control things that should be something people are aware of. I had the same problem everyone else did. The prices on the website are NOT what they actually charge you. There are minimum rates by city - which is not explained until later. I decided not to use them - they showed up at 8pm but I was booked between 2-4pm. And then they wanted $235 to remove a bbq and two Tupperware boxes. Theyre a bait and switch and are padding their reviews. Just be aware.
