    Would be zero rating if BB allowed it.
    Don't give this company ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION, don't even put in an inquiry for request. You'll be wrongfully charged, not only for records you'll never receive but then a cancelation fee as well months later. An when you call to get it fixed, you'll have reps who agree that it's a processing department error and it will be taken care of but you'll get an email less than five minutes after of the invoices you were told were voided being asked to be paid again.

    Horrible company my medical records are still with a third party since Aug, very hard for my new doctor to help me without my medical records. Always get a run a round when dealing with med records, poor accountability.
