    My car was immediately towed at an open parking lot after I shopped at a store in the plaza. To pickup the car I was forced to walk 35 min and pay $234.99.

    Hello there, 

    Please be informed that Benjamin Towing is the towing and impoundment service provider for numbers of parking lots and private properties within ********. Most of the parking lots are being managed by the owners or ****** management companies or parking management companies. If someone violate the parking regulations they may order Benjamin Towing to impound the vehicle. As soon as Benjamin Towing receives the tow request, the violator’s vehicle will be towed by Benjamin Towing immediately to the impound lot and the owner/driver of the vehicle will have to go to the impound lot and release the vehicle. All the costs and expenses related to the tow, including but not limited to the towing fees, secure storage, impoundment administration must be paid to release the vehicle. We understand that how being impounded could be frustrating but we hope you understand that this is part of our job and you could have never gone through this if you had followed the parking rules and regulations for the place your were parked in. We hope this information would help you understand the situation better and we will be happy to discuss more details if it is needed. For that we will need to know your exact case , like a license plate number of your vehicle, date and time of impoundment. 

    It worth to mention that our impound lot in located in the heart of ********, on **** ******** Street, Port Coquitlam. It could not be closer to the downtown areas.
