    We just got our windows installed and the front door. ******************* and his team. They are very hardworking, very polite, and very professional people. Even my old door was very tough to work with because my house is old, but they tried their best and did a good job. Even ******************************* the sales coordinator came over a couple months ago, was also very polite and helpful. Thank you to Eco Line windows, and their great team. I will introduce this company to my friends. Good luck to you. We really appreciate your team. Your did an excellent job.

    After reading the reviews in ****** and their rating on your website and slightly better price I chose Ecoline.The ** told me the job would take 2 to 2 1/2 days and would plan to be done mid to late October. Unfortunately, the ** didn't get back to me for any update, and once I called them in late-October, I was told they would rush my order and schedule for mid-November installation. I took two days off from my job to make sure the job not slipped any further as the winter was on the way. I was told that their team will be in my house by mid-November 15th. They arrived late after some calls that I made. A team of two hard-working and polite workers arrived at around 4 ** in my house. The quality of the installation was very poor, and I spent a fair amount of time that night to train myself on the windows' installation. The two-man team started the next day, and I asked about installation and training. **** *** **** ********** ** ****** *** **** ******** ***** *** ****** *** ************ ********. There is no logo of Ecoline on their Truck and clothes. **** **** **** ***** **** It was getting obvious to me that I should help them. The two-man team did their best, but there was some rework on some of the windows. So no surprise that the job slept to the 4th day and finished on that day with an extra hand. The silicon they used was waterproof and not mold-resistant, so I asked them to use it for the windows were located at the back of my house and prone to mold, use a mold resistance silicon. They refused and told me the best they could do was If I buy the silicon, they would use it. I bought the silicon and they applied for those three windows. Right after installation, the rain started and last for four days. After the rain accidentally I checked the caulking of two windows located at the ground level, and I found two big holes in the caulked, and I really don't know how much water went into my intervals. The misery is still lingering.

    **** ******* ** ********** ********* *** ***** ********** We are looking to change a window to a door - and the scope of work ahead been clear since the beginning (reframing to be wider than the window) and upon reviewing the quote, I reconfirmed that the scope of work was included and they said yes. This call was even recorded. When it came to paying, they tried to charge me another $600. I of course was upset as I had taken the time to reconfirm even upon recovering the quote that the right scope of work was included. So I requested to speak to the manager and instead the employee responded with a very unprofessional email and disregarded my email regarding no longer wanting to recieve communications from him and never had a manager reach out. I was able to get a number from their office for someone in management - and I explained my frustration and he made up a quote that was now $1000 more and said hed meet me half way and would give me a $500 discount which really was only $100 based on the actually quote I was talking about. **** *** ****** ********* *** *********** They would take up to 10 days to answer questions and on the day of walkthrough, let me know 15 min before arriving they wouldve make it until 1145 am (originally 1030 am) and they showed up at 1245 with no integrity to update me that they would be late.

    Our project manager maintained regular communication with the client for 10 months. Upon reviewing our records, we can confirm his high level of effectiveness and responsiveness throughout the process. The client expressed dissatisfaction only after the project manager was unable to offer a lower price. ******************* was promptly referred to our senior manager, who serves as a regional manager for Alberta. He offered her an additional discount, but the client persisted in demanding a larger discount that was not feasible. The client's original quote did not include the cutout, and she had a certain expectation of how much it would cost. Regrettably, when she was informed of the actual price, she threatened our company with negative reviews if we didn't give her an additional $500.00 discount. Despite our company's best efforts to offer solutions, the client was fixated solely on securing a larger discount.

    I just got my windows done and I am very pleased with them. They installers did and excellent job and Morris (our salesman) was very polite, patient, and excellent with us the whole time as we were going back n forth with each other during this process. The quality of the windows are a huge upgrade from what we had before and the installation was quick and efficient. Quality of the windows and service of the people were 10/10. Highly recommend, thanks Morris!

    Very good company. From the estimator to the installers, everything went smooth. Installation was very fast and professional. They cleaned both inside and outside work area. Would definitely recommend the ********* location.

    WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH THE ECOLINE WINDOWS. THE WORKERS WERE SO POLITE AND THEY CLEANED UP AS THEY STATED THEY WOULD.     Ordered and fully paid over 6K for my replacement door in May. Was told by the sales person that my door will be available for installation in August/ early September. This was the story that the ecoline was telling me till July. Then they disappeared. My attempts to reach out the sales agent ********************* either by phone or email resulted in 0 response. Calling the headoffice has proven to be an exercise in futility. Our of the many times I called them I was able to speak to the human only once. On that rear occasion the person on the phone informed me that my door is still in production and is now under management folder, whatever that means. I was promised a call back with an update on when my door will arrive within a week. That week has come and gone. NO reply. NO follow-up. Calling them is as always useless. YOu will be put on hold with no human on the other side to pick up your call. At this point we are considering small claims court. ***** *** **** *** **** ** ******* ******* **** ** **** Even if you are lucky to get your windows or door, it will likely cost you lots of stress. Beware. WE didn't listen and are paying for it dearly right now.

    We apologize for the delays in the project. The client signed a contract with the project commencement August/September, but due to a shortage of building materials, the door was slightly delayed. The project was completed in October, and the client did not report any issues thereafter.

    I am deligted with my new Ecoline Window. It was made exactly the way I dreamt of. I booked a free visit and cost estimate and got a quick reply and a punctual visit. They gave me tips and suggestions. The installation process ran smoothly and cleanly. They also helped me to submit the financing papers to ******** Hydro. My family and I are 100% satisfied.

    The installers are very unprofessional, and their customer service is weak.After waiting months for the installation of my sliding glass door and screen, the install date was changed the night before. Then the installers did not show up on the day they promised, and we had to call them hours after their time window to find out what was going on. When they finally did arrive a week later, the install went ok, but the door and screen both had damage from shipping, and were installed like that. The exterior silicone work was sloppy, and they left smears of it on my deck, and loose screws around the area. When asked about how they would apologize for wasting my time with a no-show, this company said "** ****** ********** *** *** ********* ** ****** ****** *** ***** ***** ********* ***** ** ***** ***** ** ******* **** **** *****. When emailing with their project coordinator Olga, eventually she offered a $50 ****** gift card ** ******* *** ****** *** ******** ******* **** * *** *****, ***** ** ** *********** *** ************ *** ***** ***********

    I would definitely not recommend Ecoline Windows. Given 2 stars only because the actual windows are nice. Pros - Sales guys was nice - The actual windows look great and function well. Cons BIG issues: - I had to tell them to use duct tape to bridge the gap between the nailing flange and the vapor barrier on the outside of my house. If I did not do this water could get through on the 4 cut edges around all 15 windows. The worse thing about this is that they made me feel bad for even suggesting it and took phones call to get it done right.- They mismeasured a window and it took 5+ MONTHS to be replaced. Not only this, but as they severely damaged that window when taking it out, when putting it back in, it took me to say to at least cover the double pained glass with duct tape as I did not want my **** son to have glass drop off into his bedroom floor. Smaller Issues:- We were having 4 inch boards placed around all our windows. I had to tell one of their workers to stop when I noticed that he was cutting out a window that was not even being replaced. This was not repaired for about 5+ months. He would have cut out two others as well!- We had a little decorative piece about our windows at the front of our house. They wanted to use MDF which is absolutely the worse thing to use on the outside of a house. - when putting in the above window a 2nd time 5 months later it took me to tell them to align the window better as from the outside, the gap between the nailing flange and the outside of my house wall, there was a very clear 1+ cm gap (this was after they had partially nailed in the window). - they did not put the ladder attached onto their ladder so it scratched up my new gutter. I'm not annoyed about the scratches as I had paint to repair, its just that it took me to point out the damage and to insist that they get the ladder attachment out of their truck. - these reviews are limited so I cannot put other things that I was not happy with!
