They also require 100% payment prior to installation, *** ******** ********* ***** ****** *** ******** ** * ********** ******** **** **** *** ********** *** *** ********* We were quoted for full frame removal but what showed up at our house was a rebate frame piggy back installed over top of 100yr old windows, with stucco trims to the outside over top of our rotted wood trims. Sales rep does not understand building envelope technology and didn't understand what they were selling us, the installers were a subtrade and made other assumptions. ***** *** * ****** ** ****** ** ******** ******* **** **** ******* ** ***** ***** *** ********** **** **** **** **** ***** *** *** *** ************ * *** ***** ****** *** ******. The install crew had no knowledge of local codes or sound installation practices in terms of maintaining primary and secondary drainage plains, the entire thing is spray foamed in place. Putting in a good product in a way that makes existing conditions of old houses worse, it is wreakless- this companies product gets government rebates - . Most home owners trust that a reputable is bringing expertise interms of best practice to improve their home ....if the government give rebates to this company they should see that their install procedures meet code, or at the very least to put home owners in worse position to where they were prior.Review fromGeorge L

He also took the time to go over all of the rebate programs that the window upgrades qualified for, as well as how to apply for them.Once the installation process began, the Ecoline installation team truly showcased their skill and craftsmanship. They arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the installation efficiently while maintaining a high-quality standard. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail, ensuring that each window was precisely fitted and sealed for optimal performance.Throughout the installation, the team demonstrated professionalism and respect for my home. They took great care to minimize disruptions and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed, leaving my home even better than they found it.Since having the new windows installed, I have noticed a significant improvement in both the aesthetics and functionality of my home. Not only do the windows look beautiful from both the interior and exterior, but they also provide enhanced insulation and noise reduction, making my living space more comfortable and energy-efficient. So grateful for my new windows.Ecoline did a great job from start to finish.They gave me 2 separate estimates ss requested.I ended up replacing 5 windows and the entry door. The installation was very fast and efficient.They even installed my screen door that I had purchased separately.When I noticed a tear on one of the window screens during the walkthrough, they repaired it immediately. They had great communication and a very easy invoicing system.These windows were a great addition to my recent renovation. They have decreased my energy bills, improved my homes'efficiency rating, and allowed me to qualify for government grants.I even noticed a significant decrease in road noise. We recently had new windows installed in our home by Ecoline Windows. The experience was excellent from beginning to end.We met ***************, Project Manager with Ecoline. He clearly and in a friendly manner explained the product itself and the general guidelines for window installation. He also explained the government grants that were available. He answered all of our questions well, without any hard-sell.Comparing the five quotes we received for new windows, Ecoline was the second least expensive. But the Ecoline three-panes of glass and significantly lower U-Factor made it a much superior product to the lower cost one. One that basis, we hired Ecoline.Ecoline referred us to ******************** which efficiently conducted the Pre-Installation Evaluation that was required for the Federal ****** It explained all the technical details that were required for the application, and all our questions were clearly answered.Final window measurements were made and shortly afterwards, the windows were installed. The installation itself was efficient, friendly and with an obvious expertise. The high standard of craftmanship of the windows was apparent. Afterwards, cleanup was thorough.EnerHome promptly completed the Post-Installation Evaluation, and we have now applied for the applicable government grants.Throughout, **** was always available in a timely manner to ensure that everything stayed on track while he guided us through the process.We are very happy with the result and accordingly, would highly recommend Ecoline.Ecoline Windows

Terrible service from the start. During installation of patio doors extensive damage was done to floors and walls. It took the company 2 months to repair the damage and 1 month after the repairs cracks in one of the repaired walls reappeared. Too bad I cannot post pictures here. One of the worst service providers I've seen in my life.Ecoline Windows

We just had our Patio door and door from house to the garage installed by Ecoline Windows and our experience starting with the Sales associate to the installers was excellent. The installers were professionals and knew what they were doing. They completed the removal of both doors, installed the new doors, and cleaned the area around doors in record time. Just the worst. Ive been waiting for 2 windows for months. Theres been inexcusable miscommunications that have resulted in unnecessary delays. Their staff are impersonal and abrupt. **** ** *** **** ******** ******* *********. I was eventual Transferred to a manager in another province and although i believe he wants to help even he was exasperated with his colleagues. This is the worst company and are completely unreliable. Ive had to ask for invoices, the job quoted was not what was billed- just inexcusable problems with every step and every interaction.Ecoline Windows
