From the start ***** was very professional, he answered all our questions and price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had. The installers were very polite and left our home as clean as when they arrived. We will definitely use Ecoline again when we need windows or doors on future properties.Ecoline Windows

Before signing the contract, the salesman said the windows are going to be installed first week of October, this is October 28 and theyre installing them today. The second issue, Its 8pm and theyre not done yet. When making appointment with their scheduling department, I asked for the first appointment , even if I had to wait for another day , and the lady said the installation guys always start from 11am and its impossible to start the day earlier. Therefore I had to accept the appointment of 11am today. Now, at 8pm the installation crew are leaving without finishing the job. How come they couldnt start the day earlier than 11am ? Ecoline inspector is saying that they could start their day as early as 8am. Its hard to trust what I hear from Ecoline salesman and their scheduling staff.Ecoline Windows

Not impressed!! Ordered windows for the entire house as well as a new front door. Deposit was paid May ******* but as of today Oct ******* we have not received our order, nor do we even have an estimated date yet. At the time of the order, we were advised work would be completed by end of September, early October at the latest. Additionally, it seems our original sales *** quit the company some time back and we were never informed until we called the main office looking for an updated install ******* takes multiple attempts to actually contact someone, usually involving waiting for hours (or more) for a callback. The total lack of communication and customer service has me considering on how to cancel / get refunded.Ecoline Windows

During the most recent call with our scheduling manager, the date of 28 October was offered to you for the installation. Please be advised that, as we manufacture custom-made windows, your order cannot be cancelled. We understand your expectation that the installation would be completed promptly. We were working diligently to meet this expectation, however, our intention to schedule the installation for any date in October indicates that there were no delays to the project whatsoever. Highly recommend Ecoline Windows! We ordered our 8 windows and they were replaced during few hours on August 22, 2024. Now we hear much less noise from outside. I hope that in winter time we will save some gas and money. We also got a rebate from Greener Home and **************. It was not very clear that we need to pay rest of amount before installation, but after seeing new windows we can't complain about that. Ecoline Windows has professional team. Especially Oleh, sale manager, helped us to make a good choice and answered on all our questions and was in touch all the time, even after payment and installation.Ecoline Windows

The window was measured.May the 16th.It is now September 18th and still no one has come around to install the window.I gave $240 as a down payment.And I want it back because I think they are one hundred percent bogus businessEcoline Windows
