Terrible after sales customer service experience. Got a doorframe installed on Aug 12th and there are some discrepancies that need to be fixed. I was told call servicing and they will fix it. Till date nobody from the company has responded to numerous message by phone and email. Their toll free number and regular phone says they are closed. Automated email response says somebody will contact in 72 hrs, but two week later still no *********** concern is if their after sales service is this terrible how will they support the warranty in the future?Hopefully the quality of the material and installation is not as bad as their after sales If they don't respond soon I will enter a case with BBB

1 starWe had our windows replaced Sept. 04 2023 we are still waiting for them to fix the uneven windows that they installed, also they have tried to replace a window that was first sent out broken, and then sent out the wrong colour window 6 times. We have been more than reasonable with this company. What makes this experience worst is that they insisted that the full amount be paid before they would intstall the windows, so we have no other recourse than to file with small claims court, and better business bureau.Review fromSandra L

I had all the windows and 3 sliding doors in our two storey house replaced. The entire process was very smooth and the communication was excellent. The installers worked long hours and efficiently. My experience dealing with Ecoline WIndows was a good 1. Sales staff were informative and not too pushy, ************ was on time, worked efficiently, made sure I understood the process and ensured that the final product was as I wanted it to be. Ordered a window Feb 15th this year. Installation was scheduled for June 20th. It's apparently their policy to only begin installation after they are paid in full. After they started installation they realized their measurements were off and the window was 5" too small, so they put our old one in and left.It's not August 12th and I have been able to get absolutely no information from the company about when my window will be completed or installed. Multiple calls and asks for callbacks have got us nowhere, emails haven't been returned. I'll update this review when the situation is resolved.Ecoline Windows

I recently had two doors installed. One is crooked and one is backwards. The company is not taking the resolution to these two issues seriously in the absence of a phone call that was promised almost a week ago. Small claims court is next.Ecoline Windows

Our service department has been in communication with the client regarding the outstanding service. The entry doors were manufactured in accordance with the signed contract and were installed correctly. We recently had our windows replaced by Ecoline Windows ********* and I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. From the very beginning, *****, the salesperson, was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all our questions thoroughly.There was a bit of a snag when the local installation crew had to reschedule due to illness. However, Ecoline went above and beyond to ensure minimal disruption. They quickly arranged for a new crew to come in from Vancouver, and they did an outstanding job.The installation crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. They completed the work quickly and left everything clean and spotless. They even took the time to explain how the new windows operated and answer any questions we had.Despite the initial postponement, we're happy with Ecoline Windows ********* We highly recommend them to anyone looking for window replacements.Ecoline Windows

We have had 4 windows replaced by Ecoline Windows Kelowna at two different times and both times it was well done. Today ******* and his team replaced the big front window and a smaller one. They did a super job and the windows look wonderful.Ecoline Windows
