Great service recieved by *********************************** who did a window inspection as requested exsplaining all the steps in odering, options and waranty information. Never pushy and very knowledgeable on all out or on a budget projects. Very pleased with the company on setting up the appointment with the follow up calls as a reminder. Looking forward to have these new windows installed replacing 30+ years of the old and inefficient ones.Update.... Since the instalation the outside noise has reduced by 70% as I live by a Train rail yard that is active 24 - 7. The 3 person crew who did the install were totaly spot on with prep to compleation, even had a few challanging points with the old window frame but was sorted out in no time. Very friendly and informative, I felt bad as one of the windows was quite lardge and with 3 pane's of glass this thing was quite heavy and took all three workers to get to the house from the road.I highly recommend Ecoline for window design and instalation. First class in my view.

The installers were very professional, hard working , pleasant & hard working. The finished product is more than I expected, very good looking with extra finishing touches. Very pleased with this company. They fixed a rotten window frame with no discussion.My salesperson has reached out already to help with ******************** which is very much appreciated. The woman who came for our consultation was honest and had our best interests in mind without being pushy. The ordering process was straightforward and easy. The installers were polite, quick, and respectful of our space, moving things out of the way and back into place when they were finished, as well as tidying up after themselves. We had a great service from Ecoline windows and Doors from day 1 to end. We were upgrading our windows and they provided the best service. From very first day getting quote to installation day everything went smooth. ***** gave us the best quote and ***** arranged schedule based on our availability. **** and *** came right on time on the day of installation. They both made sure windows fit appropriately and fixed things as needed. They also made sure the place is nice and clean before they leave. 5 starsWe replaced windows and balcony door and screen in our condo and team who came replacing it was great! Did job quick, cleaned after work, very polite. Afterwards we noticed a ********************* on our screen. Called, booked appointment with no issues, technician came, replaced whole mesh fairly quick. I have nothing but good things to say about ecoline. The installers were 4 guys who were here from the *******. They were polite, and professional. They cleaned up the mess from the installation. The windows look really good. They also showed me how to operate the sliders and take out the screens if I need to. So thankyou from ***********************Ecoline Windows

Econoline helped me replace the old single pane windows around my front door earlier this year. The estimating process was smooth and the pricing was fair. I replaced 10 windows plus a patio door from Ecoline the February, very pleased with it. The salesperson ****** is very knowledgeable and experienced with their products, also introducing the government rebates program to me. After contract signed, they sent people doing the measurements again to double check the size. The installation process also very good, they finished in one day. Both the windows and the patio door all works very well, especially the patio door moves so smoothly, I can just use one finger to open or close. Highly recommend for sure.Ecoline Windows
