Ecoline Windows in ********* did an amazing and efficient job on our windows. We had custom windows and a sliding door replaced. They look amazing and bring so much light into our home! It only took a few hours for the whole replacement to be completed. Highly recommend!!Ecoline Windows

Here is the Good, which outweighs the no-so-good (which will follow):1. They were aware of **************** Initiative and were able to make a good, informed case for what we could get back by going with their windows.2. The windows are certified with the EnerGuide standards and were an upgrade for our home (1960's build) and look very good.3. Installation was a breeze, and only took one morning.4. From start to finish, the staff were polite, responded within a reasonable time frame, at (almost) every step of the process, and possessed the required knowledge to respond to questions fully.5. I think the price was reasonable for what we got.6. There was an issue of overpayment, which they responded to proactively. When I reached out, they told me that they were already aware and would be mailing me a cheque the following week, which they did.5/5.Here is the not-so-good stuff:1. We paid a downpayment in June with an installation set for late October/Early November. The windows weren't installed until December. The reason we were given is that there was a supply chain interruption and the factory wouldn't be able to assemble the windows we needed in time. Supply chain problems happen, so I'm not going to ding them for that - but generally something to keep in mind.2. When things got rolling and we were moving towards our installation - they were pretty good about staying in touch. When we were waiting for the supply chain issue to be resolved, there were 1 or 2 emails that weren't responded to until a couple of days, maybe a week, later. 3. I wish they had remembered the deposit, but we do have a happy ending here because they did refund the money i put down for deposit in a reasonably fast time frame, and as I noted above, their accounting team caught it before I had to make the call.since they were already working on getting my money back, I won't take away a star and we'll keep it at 5/5.Ecoline Windows

We had a replacement basement door installed in our home by Ecoline. Would.not hesitate to use this company again, the door is beautiful, the installers were friendly, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Totally happy with end result!Ecoline Windows

Ecoline in Nanaimo is a top notch business from the salesman to the installers. The triple pane windows look the best and perform great to keep my Mobile Home warm, of all the windows installed in the past 2-3 years in the park these look the best at a price that beats all the others. The installers were very professional in protecting the carpet and all aspects of the inside my home. I cant say enough about the quality of the windows and only took 1 day to install 10 windows. A neighbour had their windows replaced a week later by another company and took 3 days. If youre looking for windows or doors make sure you get a quote from these guys. On a scale of 1-10 Id give them a 15Ecoline Windows

Let me say right away that we are very happy with Ecoline. We had multiple visits/estimates from 4 different suppliers. Ultimately we felt like Ecoline was offering the best value for the money and decided to work with them. They communicated well throughout the process and everything remained on track and on time. The team did great work and we are very happy with the results. The windows look great and are definitely doing the job of keeping out both the cold and the heat. We underwent a full bathroom renovation with a bathtub/shower installation to replace a standalone shower. The project manager ******* assured that the window inside the shower would be closed, private and would be covered in PVC to prevent water infiltration. Installation was quick payment done the same day.Ecoline Windows
