      In the early months of 2023 (Jan/Feb) I brought a large number of clothing items to Curated Consignment. At the beginning of July I had yet to see a return from these items and realized none of the items had been put on the floor yet. I decided to ask for my items back, for many reasons however I understood that it was a new business so spared them the details and just asked to have my items returned. The owner of the business was only available through email so I emailed her asking to collect my items. It has now been over two weeks and my items are yet to be returned and the store owner has not given me a date to which I can expect the items to be returned. I am upset because these items would be worth hundreds of dollars combined and my only desire is to have them returned. * **** ******** *** ****** *** *** **** ** *** ******** * ****** * * *** *** ** **** ** ***** ******** ** **** *** *** *****

      Hello,

      ***** dropped off items to consign with us in April. She was informed that her items would be priced and stored to be put on the floor in our Courtenay location (opening approx this summer,) she was agreeable to that.

      She suddenly decided she wanted to remove her already priced and stored items. I happily acknowledged her request and emailed letting her know I would prepare them for her.

      She continued to regularly email with the same request in which I repeatedly responded that I would be happy to prepare her items and would email her when they were ready for pick up.

      ***** then proceeded after being given this information to contact yourselves, and reach out to my business partner in Courtenay with whom this *** NOTHING to do **** ****** *** **** ******** *********** ********* ****** *** ** ********* The same day she came into my Qualicum store and I AGAIN expained this circumstance to her and said as soon as all her items have been removed from inventory we would email her and she could pick them up and she was happy with that. 

      I have contacted a lawyer and a cease and desist letter *** been sent.

      She will be contacted via email when all her items have been removed from inventory (requiring the entire disassembly of a 10x20 storage unit) and ready for pick up.

      I think ***** *** ************ ********* ** ****** ** ******** *** ********** ** * ***** **** *** *** wasted the time of ourselves and others in an attempt to drag people into a very professional and straight forward agreement.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Multiple false claims are being made in the letter **** ******** **** *** *** **** ******* ************ so I cannot accept the response. However, I do not wish to continue any back and fourth. I would only like to know when I can expect my clothing items to be ready for pick up. 

      I would also like to note that I do not wish Curated Consignment anything but the best going forward* * **** ***** *** ***** ***** ******* * ***** *********
