      Brought tons of clothing there to consign at the Qualicum Beach grand opening early 2023, choosing on the contract to have anything that they didn’t want to have on the floor returned back to me. Since then, everything was kept by the store, and I have continuously been told that I have no credit on file yet but that the items have been getting shuffled between locations (port Alberni and Courtenay locations opening since) so credits should show up soon! …. except they have been completely nonresponsive since April 2024 via email and social media. Stay away from this business!

      I have also been having the same experience as Laura H, below. I have emailed, left voice messages on the only phone number for Brittany (the owner?) I have Facebooked them, I have messaged them via their website, I have been to the old and new store locations in Qualicum Beach. Every time I go it's closed, no-one is there to talk to. Are they in business or is this a sham? All I want is to collect monies owed and any unsold items.

      In April 2023, I also supported this store with enthusiasm for when they opened. I brought in some clothes in the middle of the month. I stopped in a few times to see how sales were going and was told they could not help me. I then started emailing in August and asked for a list of my items sold or not sold, which I was promised and never received. I asked for my clothes back and was told she would gather them up. I went into the store to share my disappointment and was accused of being unkind and disrespectful. Which I was not, I was frustrated from the lack of respect I was receiving as a client. Again, I was met with no answers. I was then told that as per their contract they had 60 days to give my clothes/monies to me. Clearly the contract says 14 days! It has now been more than 6 MONTHS!!! My last request was in January which I did not receive a reply. I have heard absolutely nothing!! This is a breach of contract with ne, a theft of my personal property. Please return my clothes or pay me the monies I am owed.

      I have had a very disappointing experience with Curated Consignment. In April 2023 I brought in some items for sale with the option of having them returned if they did not sell. Apparently, none of the items have been sold and after numerous requests to have them returned, nothing has happened and Curated Consignment has made no effort to return the items to me and has ceased to correspond with me. It has left me feeling ignored and I would not recommend this business to anyone. Ines
