      I purchased a bedframe from the Sleep Shop on April 10, 2024. On that day the manager wrote me an email saying the bedframe would be shipped out in 4-6 weeks. If that was the case the bedframe would have been shipped out on May 22, 2024, as that would be 6 weeks past the date I ordered the bed frame.I reached out on May 21st to ask about the bedframe and she said 2 more weeks. It is now June 6th and I have not received any notice about shipping. It is way past 6 weeks time frame and I fear I will never get my bed frame. I would like a refund of the bedframe as this is unreasonable.       Hello,

      Typically our supplier for this particular product has a 4-6 week production timeline. This is locally made in ********* that is made to order and customizable and not a product off the shelf. 

      On June 6, ***** from our warehouse informed the customer that the product will arrive on June 7th and will be shipped (copy of email is attached). There was no reply from the customer. On June 7th, ***** again wrote to the customer informing her that the product has been shipped and provided the tracking number (copy of email in the attached). There was no acknowledgment from the customer. Today, June 10th, we called the delivery company and they have informed us that the product is on their truck in Trail and out for delivery.

      I hope this provides enough details. Again, with the supplier we are dealing with, there are occasions where timelines are pushed out due to the custom work they do. We apologize for the delay.
