    On April 09/25 I ordered a blanket from ******************** and was advised it had been shipped. My Address was correct *************************************** The delivery date was due by April 14. On April 15 I called and emailed Apple Express to find out why my package was not delivered. I was told they could not find my residence. The person from Apple Express went on ****** Maps and easily found my residence with the address clearly visible. I stated I didn't think there was even an attempt to deliver the package. I was advised my package would be delivered on April 22/25. On April 24th I called again and the call taker stated it was in their warehouse in ******** and she would try to find out what was happening with it. She called back and advised it was sent back to the Bay. No other attempt was made to deliver the package. I contacted the Bay and asked that it be re delivered but due to the Bankruptcy proceedings I can understand they could not complete this. I was given a refund but without the shipping charges of $34.17 on May 06/25. The Bay representative stated I would eventually receive a refund for the shipping but this never came as they went out of business. I'm wishing to complain about Apple Express to advise of their delivery practices and an attempt to refund me the shipping costs as Apple Express was solely responsible for me not receiving my package and I shouldn't have to pay. I can provide emails if required.Thank You ***** ******

    Hello,

     

    Our delivery person had issues locating your address on the first delivery attempt.

    We advised the Bay that we needed additional delivery information and held the parcel for 7 days as is our agreement with the Bay.

    The Bay did not provide additional information and when 7 days expired, we returned the parcel as is our arrangement.

    I bought a couple of item online from a trusted international brand and they used Apple Express for delivery. The delivery was stated on Nov 11, 2024. However, since our business is closed on weekends, we missed the delivery. Since then, we haven't heard from the Apple Express. They didn't leave any notice or contact info for further instructions on how to acquire the parcel. I tried to email them several times but I did not get any response. They just literally stole my parcel.

    Hello,

     

    The delivery was attempted November 11th and the delivery address was closed.

     

    As per the service level requested by the shipper, we held the parcel for 7 days pending further instruction.

     

    No additional information was provided and therefore the parcel was returned to the shipper.

    My shipment hasn't seen updates for the past 1 week , got stuck on departed sort facility, I will travel to my country for 3 weeks on 12 Dec and this was a gift for my mother. I have called their customer service and they told me they cannot know what is happenning, they cannot tell me if it's lost or not, they just told me to wait and do nothing.
