    I have had multiple issues with Apple Express over the past few months. They consistently mark packages as undeliverable even when Im home and have provided the correct door code. Other couriers like *********** and ***** have no problem accessing my building, but Apple Express always fails and then blames the customer.Ive contacted them multiple times, and their support is completely unhelpful. They take no responsibility and never follow up properly. I also noticed they have hundreds of similar complaints online, and yet nothing changes.This company should not be used by any serious retailer or platform. If youre a customer ordering from places like *************************, beware Apple Express will likely fail to deliver and waste your time.

    If I could give no stars I would. These people are scammers they lie about delivering packages or the lie about trying to deliver. They said no one home at the apartment weird I live in a house.they do not answer their phones or their emails. If they did they would find out that their drivers are not doing their jobs

    Driver called me from the blocked number, didn't leave any messages, didn't buzz my intercom apartment. When I called him back, he refused to return to my place.Just missed a day wating for delivery.Unreliable company and services.

    THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. My address is clearly marked and correct, but they claimed that they cannot locate my address, I use my home address for all other deliveries, which work perfectly fine except for Apple Express. The driver didn't even make the effort to locate my address and tried to contact me, then they claimed that my package will be returned to sender, this was October ********, I haven't received any updates, and it still says it will be returned to sender as its status, despite I tried to contact them multiple times.I will rate them ZERO star if I could.

    Absolutely incompetent drivers and customer service. My address was marked as invalid despite my home being on a main road and accessible by all manner of other delivery companies including ***************** Uber, etc. My package was returned to sender with no follow up or recourse.
