I placed an order with a providers and they used this company to deliver:- on 26th of april i got an email they failed to deliver it with no explanation, contact or anyone trying to reach me over the phone - i spent 1 h to talk to 1 of their agents they said they will add a note so that I will be called for the 2nd attempt - on the 29th of April i got another email saying they didnt manage to deliver, again no call no details, nothing - i called them again and they were not able to track down who tried that delivery or why it didnt succeed - all the other delivery companies are able to deliver packages in my building without me providing any sort of access code. My first order was shipped out via express shipping with them on April 22nd then it arrived and was assigned to a company on April 26th. Then, it said it was out for delivery, its now been 2 days and NOTHING. The last time it said out for delivery it was delivered the very next morning, now I'm not getting a straight answer. Yesterday I was told it'd be 1 day until I got it, now the chat bot told me THE SAME THING AGAIN. For my second order, it was shipped out via express shipping too on April 24th. Now it's been in ******* for over 3 DAYS and I keep getting told the same thing "it's on its way". What am I going to have to wait over 2 or 3 days once it's arrived for an actual delivery? I'm not convinced they even have my package or something happened to it. I've had the same experience with them via Temu as well. All I want are my packages via express shipping as promised and it's been well over 7 days per order since I even ordered them and the company was waiting for them to even pick up the packages.Business Response

This company is an absolute mistake. They have lied REPEATEDLY about attempting to deliver my package except I work from home and have cameras on my door. NO ONE EVER CAME. Not once. No knock, no doorbell, no phone call, no truck even slowing down on my street. Every time I check the tracking, its the same infuriating lie: Delivery attempt made recipient not available. Absolute clownery.When I contacted customer service (and I use the term service VERY loosely), I was met with canned, useless responses from people who clearly have no authority or ability to actually help. All they do is open a case and promise callbacks that NEVER happen. Ive now wasted hours of my life chasing a package that should have been in my hands DAYS ago.This company is pure incompetence mixed with outright dishonesty. How are they still in business? How do they think its acceptable to operate like this? 4/22/25- Received notification that my package was out for delivery 4/23/25 at 9:41am- Uniuni driver came to my home, driving a white sedan and claimed she did not have my package but she showed me on her uniuni app that my name and address was on her route and left. (attached my ring footage of this encounter) 4/23/25 at 10:00am - I contacted UniUni to let them know that their driver showed up without my package and claimed that she did not have it. Uniuni stated that they would open a ticket and escalate to their supervisor and I should expect an update. 4/24/25 at 10:00am - I contact UniUni AGAIN regarding update and the representative ***** stated that a driver was not assigned to my package and I questioned him and asked how wasn't a driver assigned if your driver showed up to my home on 4/23/25, claiming she didn't have my package. I submitted ring video footage of the encounter with the uniuni driver and uniuni stated that they would follow up and NEVER did. 4/25/25 at 10:00am - I contact UniUni AGAIN and ask for an update and you all gave me the same bs excuse that it's been handled and they couldn't locate my package or communicate to the ******************. at 6:00pm, same day..I contact Uniuni AGAIN and demand an update. The representative stated that she would have a supervisor call me before 8pm. NEVER happened. 4/26/25 at 10:00am - I call UniUni AGAIN for an update and their representative stated that my ticket still hasn't been updated and that the driver never reported that she didn't have my package to the warehouse so therefore they currently do not know where my package is. I asked the representative was my package returned to the warehouse and he stated no. This company is fraudulent and they employ people who are dishonest and thieves. Original delivery was attempted twice with no call, text, or even a knock on the door. I submitted a ticket to get a package redelivered and was instructed to call the support line. I spoke with someone on the phone to verify all of the information for shipping and confirm the correct address. They informed me that the package will ship in ***** hours and that tracking info will be sent to my email. A week later and still no email, so I replied to the ticket and mentioned it has not been shipped nor any update to the original tracking info. They replied that I need to call the support number again. This is an endless cycle and all I am asking for is to receive the service that was promised from a literal shipping company.Business Response

Delivery man dropped package off. Left driveway. Forgot to take pic of pkg and backed up and knocked over stone mailbox. He walked up to the house, picked up the pkg, took a picture and left. Hello I have a package coming from **** and they used UniUni as their last mile shipper. I looked up this company and had only heard bad things about them stealing packages and faking deliveries, so I was just hoping it wouldnt happen to me. On April ******* my package said it was Out for delivery at 10am. I got excited and waited in my living room by the door all day. At 10pm I get a notification that there was a failed delivery attempt. No one had came to my door. No one had attempted delivery. I read posts about UniUni drivers faking an attempted delivery just so they dont have to deliver that day. I was so irritated and I submitted multiple tickets telling UniUni about their drivers faking attempts on deliveries. No one ever came to my house and tried to deliver. After that I was told by UniUni that it would be delivered within 48 hours. Today is April ******* and it has now been 5 DAYS with NO retried delivery and NO contact from UniUniI keep submitting tickets and I keep getting an automated response telling me itll be delivered in 48 hours. Its been past 48 hours and they wont help. I keep calling them but their support line is stuck on an automated message loop and wont send me to a real person. I literally have no one to talk to and reach about my package. Im believing my package was stolen by the driver because I had another package delivered by UniUni YESTERDAY that didnt have a false delivery attempt. I received it just fine. So UniUni where is my package? Why do you all refuse to contact me and help me? It has been 5 days with no retried delivery after your drivers fake attempt and no one will help me get my package or a real answer. Deliver my package. This is so unprofessional and annoying. All of the reviews were right.Attached is proof that Ive been waiting 5 days for a reattempt in delivery on my first package while they were able to deliver another package yesterday. Yes thank you I am aware that you all finally responded to me after 2 weeks of me having to spam you all with emails and calls. Yes I am aware that you finally emailed me back 5 days after making this complaint finally telling me my package was Lost in Transit. My package was obviously not lost in transit. Your driver lied that they attempted to deliver my package and then they stole it. Never reattempted delivery. Never updated me. Just left with it. You delivered another one of my packages just fine 4 days after you all lied about attempting to deliver the first package. So if I was able to get that one and not the first one when your driver attempted, I know they stole it. I have since gotten my refund from **** and reported you all to them and they will not be using you all as a shipper for my packages again. Ive seen this as a repeated problem with you all and customers. Thanks have a great one. No need for further communication.

On 04/18 my package which is supposed to be delivered by uniuni showed as out for delivery. It is now 04/24 and I have yet to receive my package. Their chat bot is inexistent and is never available. On 04/21 I called CS which took over 50 minutes to reach, once I reached someone I was told I would receive a response through email. That same day I received an email that said someone would get a hold of me in ***** hours and that they rarely went over that (I highly doubt that with all the complaints I see here) it is well over 72 hours and no one has gotten back to me. Which to me means either they lost my package or whoever they sent to deliver my package has stolen it! My package was not cheap and I demand it back. How these people are in business is beyond me. Is there no background check to their delivery drivers? Stealing is a felony!Business Response
