    In January 2023 I placed an order for glasses; ordered ******.After a couple weeks I sent an email asking when I could expect shipping; I was told they would be shipped shortly. After a few days nothing, so I sent another email, same response, they would be shipped shortly.After a few more days I got an email saying that **** lost the package. Weird because they were never shipped but the post office lost them?I asked for a refund, they responded; are you sure? I again responded asking for my credit card be refundedno response.

    We are sorry for all the inconvenience. The package got lost so we emailed you to confirm if you're willing to wait for reprocessing, you replied asking for refund and we cancelled the order and processed the refund immediately when we saw the email. Transaction ID *****************. Because we are having a buy one get one free promotion recently, we have a lot of email inquiries, if we weren't able to reply in the first time and let you had a bad experience, we are really sorry for that and we will try our best to improve our service.
