    If it was an option i would give them ZERO stars.They DEMANDED more money for a product i had already paid for in full.They are a SCAM.Their website does not indicate a charge for adding Prisms, and it is not an "add to basket" feature of their e-commerce site.There is Not a single indication in the purchasing process for consumers to know of any additional charges for adding ********* much so that I, a consumer, completed uploading my prescription, choosing the add-ons of : Frames Blue Light Blocking Lenses Free-Form Progressive Super High Index 1.67 Blue Light Blocker Anti-Scratch Anti-Reflective 100% UV Protection Aspheric Digital HD Clear And then completed the payment transaction online and received an email confirmation of my purchase at 12:01 PM October 1st ******* was not until 3 DAYS LATER, at 11:58 AM October 3rd 2024, That YesGlasses emails me demanding more money to compensate for "THE COST OF ADDING PRISMS".They wanted an additional $70.00USD. It is FALSE ADVERTISING.They refused to honour the purchase, and have still not edited their website to show that adding Prisms to your Prescription will cost more money.They just hold your order and demand more Money.What a complete WASTE OF MY TIME

    I ordered glasses, got charged, never got a confirmation email. Never got the glasses. **************** couldnt find my order, at least thats what they told me. In my opinion Its a scam website. Dont buy glasses from them. If they resolve my issue Ill come back and edit this

    Very shady customer service practices, buyer beware! ********************** touts on their website free **** shipping and returns, and when you email customer service they tout free replacements/exchanges (unless you want a more expensive pair, you just pay the difference). However when I emailed them about exchanging a pair they reneged on this and stated it would cost me $5.95 shipping, additionally, they just so happened to leave out the very important part that if I decide to do an exchange and I'm unhappy they will not refund me or do another exchange. This information is buried on their website and when you reach out to customer service they push the exchange options without mentioning this caveat. This practice could unknowingly trap a customer with lost costs. My hypothesis is that they have inferior products (which i experienced and why I reached out for the exchange) and then they push the exchange offer to 1) get additional money from customers ($5.95) and 2) keep customers money after they are dissatisfied with the inferior product.

    We have verified the issue you mentioned. It is indeed because our customer service agent misread the delivery time of the order that she requested a reshipping fee(We charge reshipping fee if the replacement request is over 14 days after delivery for fit issue). As we mentioned our last email, we will waive the reshipping fee and offer replacement, and we will also understand if you prefer a refund instead. We have emailed the return label for you to send the glasses back. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

    This online retailer sent us someone else's order. Totally incorrect glasses. After I informed them via chat (because their phone number does not work), it took them several days to acknowledge the issue. Their first response was to ask us to send the glasses to the other customer. But first they needed to send a pre-paid shipping label -- which took days! By that point, I was over it, and asked that they refund us instead. At every step of the way, there was a complete lack of empathy and care. They simply did not care that they screwed up so badly or that I was having to jump through all these hoops to deal with their mistake.

    We are very sorry for sending you the wrong product! In order for you and the other customer to receive the correct product as quickly as possible, we asked you if you would like to send the packages to each other, and we processed the refund for you when you declined our offer. Believe me, this kind of error rarely happens. In any case, we will pay more attention to checking details and improving communication speed in the future. Hope you are not so upset anymore.     I ordered before and remembered the order taking forever. It wasn’t enough to keep me away because I liked the glasses and reordered few weeks ago. The customs at *** reached out to me to tell me I need to pay more money before they can continue the shipping process. I had to figure out if the TEXT MESSAGE was real, contact yesglasses and then I was told to just pay it and they’ll reimburse. I paid for shipping when I bought the glasses. I shouldn’t have to spend my time (time being money) to pay *** more money for a service that should have been a part of the purchase yo begin with. I was offered no compensation, no discount for troubles, no explanation. Disappointed so leaving a review and I’ll be finding a new company to purchase my glasses.
