      Like the other reviews, this company closed up shop Dec 31, 2023 and I have been trying to get my refund returned. Jan 2024 until Aug 2024.All their "contact us" emails are shut down. Their Richmond number is disconnected, Surrey # is voicemail box full and Vancouver # is a cell that has not beennset up.Bottom line these guys has absconded with our money.

      I have been a customer since 2017 for residential telephone services. I paid 12 months service fee ahead of time every year. On Decemeber 15 , they sent me an email to inform me that their service would be discontinued by the end of December 2023. However, I already paid my service fee until August ****. I replied the email to request my refund. They never respond. I tied to contact them with the methods listed on their website but failed. They are just ignored the customers' rights. Please help me to resolve this issue. I believe that I am not the only one who being cheated in ****** by AIC.

      I have been a customer for AIC for years with prepaid credits every month. I just paid $20 on 29 November to that company. I tried to make long distance call to ****** yesterday, the phone number provided by AIC for long distance call could not get through. I made numerous attempts to contact their office but nobody answered. Also there is no answer to my email. I need AIC to resolve that issue.
