Zero stars avoid DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!! Sold my parents a dishwasher and they paid for the premium delivery and set up, guys show up to install new dishwasher and tell them it's and extra 200 bucks and they have to pay it, said oh sorry the sales person who was *** BTW, should have told you and didn't. Scam artists scamming seniors out of extra money. Shoddy sales they just want your money and dont give a c*** about after. Avoid !!Trail Appliances Ltd.

Hello, ******. We're sorry to hear that it wasn't communicated clearly to your parents that installation of their dishwasher was not included in the price. Trail can arrange installation if the customer wishes, but that the price of installation is paid directly by the customer to the installer. That information is generally communicated at the time of sale; if that didn't happen, we certainly apologize. Weve had a deeply disappointing experience with both the ***** hood fan and Trail Appliances' customer service. We purchased two ***** hood fans from the ****** locationone for the main kitchen and one for the spice kitchenspecifically requesting a heavy-duty option suitable for Asian cooking. The sales representative assured us that this model was one of the best for our needs.However, within just a few months, the spice kitchen unit began making loud, unusual noises. Since it was under warranty, Trail arranged a service visit. The technician clearly stated that the model was not designed for heavy-duty use and was unsuitable for our cooking styledespite our original request at purchase. This suggests we were sold the wrong product from the *********, for the third time, the same hood fan has completely stopped working. As its no longer under warranty, Trail has pushed us toward a third-party service provider (***), and we are now being told to deal directly with the manufacturer and pay for repairs out of pocket. Despite repeated calls over the past three weeks, weve received no meaningful supportour calls are being passed around, and the original salesperson has completely stopped responding.This experience has been unacceptable. We believe the product was faulty or misrepresented from day one, and Trail Appliances, along with the manufacturer, should take full responsibilityincluding covering the repair or replacement and associated service costs.We are seeking a prompt resolution to this matter. Please respond immediately with a clear action plan.Trail Appliances Ltd.

We're sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your hood fans; as previously communicated to you by our service team, the appliances were purchased in 2021 and the manufacturers' warranties expired in 2022. Hello, Ms. ***** We're sorry that your appliance is having issues, but as we advised when you contacted us, the manufacturer's warranty did unfortunately expire in March 2025. The warranty is a contract between the end user and the manufacturer; ********************** is not a party to that contract. With no extended warranty in place, there is no alternative but to contact a local servicer and pay for the repair. I recently for the first time ever bought 2 new appliances from Trail using their online chat portal. From start to finish with help from *** it was too easy as she supplied me with every piece of information that I needed to make me feel I was dealing at the right place. I made the purchase late on a Saturday afternoon and *** had the washer dryer delivered on Monday afternoon by 2 of the most pleasant and professional young men. Thanku ***!!!Trail Appliances Ltd.

1 starThis company does not care about its customers. They sold me a drier with a malfunctioning valve that failed within the first few washes. It flooded and ruined my new laundry room twice. The washer the installed so poorly, it wore a hole in the hose and flooded my wall. THREE FLOODINGS IN A BRAND NEW RENOVATION from these people. They don't care. No compensation. And to top it off I have been left with a broken drier for now a month. I finally had to sit for 2 hours on the phone with electrolux and was finally given the ok for a new drier and trail thinks it's acceptable to wait another 2 weeks before they will deliver that drier! This drier was originally delivered sept 28, they called today to tell us our new one would be delivered nov 6. Bur don't worry....for your trouble they will offer you a warranty which costs them nothing or if your lucky a whopping $125. 1 starWe purchased a Bertazzoni induction range in December 2021 from Trail Appliances in *********, with delivery in April 2022. At the time we purchased the extended warranty for an extra 4 years. Trail Appliances contracts out the extended warranty to Comerco.We have had issues with the oven, which required the thermostat and temperature gauge to be replaced. It seems Bertazzoni no longer makes gauges with numbers. The new ones now only indicate preheat, bake roast. For anyone who bakes, this is simply absurd. Comerco has said there is nothing they can do, that, basically, we need to accept a temperature gauge that does not indicate the temperature. As a cook and *****, I would never have spent $5,000 on an oven that could not tell me the temperature. I would like them to either fully reimburse me, or to replace the range with one of equivalent quality that can actually show the temperature. Despite the high cost of the range, and the purchase of an extended warranty, they have refused to fulfill their warranty obligation.Review fromMike A

In Aug 2023 I bought several appliances from Trail, gas range, hood fan, microwave. On October 19th both the microwave and gas range stopped working. ********* is certainly a manufacturing default as some of the ceramic inside chipped off which exposes metal. When I phoned Trail, after waiting for 20min on the phone was told sorry the warranty expired at the end of Aug, and because the warranty is expired we won't even send out a technician to see if they can be fixed. They sure stand by their product, and their customer service is sure full of solutions. And all of this after the original range we ordered they damaged during shipping forcing us to get this range that last one year and two months! I will never purchase a product of any kind from Trail again, they sell bad products and all they care about it getting them out the door!!Trail Appliances Ltd.

On July 31, 2024 I purchased a stove and paid with my **** and asked the salesperson if it was in stock and was assured that it was and that it would be delivered the following week. When it was not delivered as promised I contacted the salesperson and his explanation was that the manufacturer was late shipping the appliance but he expected it soon. I went to the store on August 9 and had the sales manager cancel the order and when I asked that my **** be credited he said that it would be credited in 2 or 3 days. When I checked the following week my **** had not been credited so I again spoke to the sales manager on August 13 and he said their head office was "reviewing" the cancellation and would issue the credit in 4 or 5 days. My **** was credited on August 16. I am very dissatisfied with the way this was handled by Trail Appliances as a customer should not have to wait a week for a refund of an order that was cancelled because the business could not supply the appliance as promised.Trail Appliances Ltd.

If you were promised a refund "in 2 or 3 days", that is not an accurate timeline for a credit card refund, and we sincerely apologize for the error. Typically, between our internal processing and the final processing by the credit card payment processor, 5 to 7 business days after the credit is requested is normal; you requested the cancellation and refund on August 9, and receiving the credit back to your account on August 16 is within that timeline. I have used Trail in the past with no issues but I bought a washer/combo recently and the delivery was awful (not the individual delivery people who were lovely but the back office/checkers getting right was was needed). Took them four attempts. All the while me having take time off to be home to meet them in their three hour - read six hour window. They promised to refund delivery fees and forgot. Still havent seen the return of fees. Ive NEVER written a negative review about anything in my life but this deserves it.Trail Appliances Ltd.
