    Absolutely the worst experience that led to substantial losses and a choice to either accept it or take them to court. They damaged a brand new desk that I had saved up for. The offered me $150 for it (was brand new $350) but they would only send a cheque. They demanded payments by e-transfer before they would deliver my items; but insisted they couldn't pay the damages that way. They damaged the door of the home I was leaving and refused to give me confirmation if an insurance claim had been made by the landlord. They hold items in some storage unit that they claim is locked and not public - after they get the contract deposit. I asked for my deposit back initially within 4 hours and they refused to give it to me. They took items that I had asked them to leave behind, personal items that contained all my passwords for multiple accounts and refused to give me access to get them back until I had paid for the delivery. The moving transcript was illegible just a bunch of ticks and number of boxes - they kept behind the box with all our winter clothes and jackets then said I had only 30 days to report missing items. I was told if I wanted the damages for the desk I needed to remove the ****** review first. ***** is a straight thug, a criminal and I think the whole thing is a front for a criminal operation. The men that deliver look like guys they picked off the street and they prey on their victims vulnerabilities.

    DO NOT USE! They are not professionals. Movers neglected my request to use pads and blankets to protect my furniture and it was badly damaged. Movers didn't use plastic to cover mattresses and sofa so they were filthy when delivered and looked like they had been buried . The company contracted out to third party "Move Me Canada" without telling me and they also have very bad reviews. I shouldn't have fallen for their pay first before we deliver - it's a scam.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!As you can see all of their "5 star reviews" are very recent and obviously fake.Destroyed a massive amount of my goods, almost all boxes were crushed including fragile boxes. Items totally missing. boxes missing. Refused to pay for them then settled for a minimal amount several weeks later. Not worth the headache.Loaded and off loaded my goods 4 different times to save money with logistics of moving across the country. Delivered my goods 2 weeks late. Communication was a nightmare with lie after lie after lie. This company also uses the alias company names to try and avoid the massive amounts of reviews each one gets. The other company names they use are of the following Interprovincial movers Move Me ****** North Pacific Van Lines **** Line Moving ALL CONNECTED, DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE Extremely sketchy company. Spend the money and book with someone else. I learned a hard ****** using this company. They have an attractive rate for a reason, they are not professional movers. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY, DO NOT USE ANY OF THE COMPANIES MENTIONED ABOVE. Read reviews on all of the companies mentioned above! Everyone who has dealt with them have had a nightmare of an experience.

    * ***** *******.I ended up putting a deposit with this company for a move between provinces. I should have done my research before doing so but I noticed that the transaction in my credit card came out through move me canada. This company has been active for less than 6 months and with 5 star reviews *** ** ***** **** **** **** ******* ******* ******** ********** ***** * ******* ****** **** ** ***** *** * *** ****** ** ** *** **** ******** ******** ******** ** ***** * ******* ****** **** **** ****** *** ******* ******** ******** *** ** *** **** ******** **** also has horrible reviews with customers complaining of delivery times as well as mishandling of their items.I have asked for a refund of my deposit which I have yet to receive.Do NOT use this company and watch out for this company to change their name as the poor reviews start stacking up.
