  Went from three stores to one store in **********. They had three prime locations that were great including a location at high street. My mother has stage four lung cancer. She has had problems with the pharmacy at seven oaks. My mom is there often picking up a prescription that her doctor faxed to them. They cant find the faxes half the time. One time recently the doctor changed her pain meds and she went to pick it up and they said the doctor ***** correctly fill out the form so she couldnt have the pills. She has stage four terminal lung cancer! It was the same medication only time release! We will never return to London drugs.

  Had to use the handicap stall on their parking lot at the *******, **, location, following leg surgery (yes, I had a temporary placard). Found when opening the driver's door that it banged right into a garbage can placed there and dented my door. I emailed the manager to complaint, and first he stated most people don't back up into the stall so they don't have that issue. Yeah well backing up makes it easier for me to get out/back in with my crutches - and nowhere it states you shouldn't back up. Try another strategy, ****** Then he blames the property owner over the can placement, and told me to contact them. I did so, and that property owner stated the can is placed up to code and they would need a video of the incident, which the store should have as their have cameras right there. Contacted the store owner again, who stated they were not able to pull up the camera records and would do nothing else to help me. Several months later, that garbage can is still placed at the same spot, and even though I don't use the handicap stall anymore as my leg healed, I can't help but seeing how much they don't care about their patrons. Avoiding paying a $300 car dent removal and moving a garbage can by pretending it's not their fault and their cameras don't work properly so nothing can be proved - tells a lot about the kind of people that run that place.

  We provided details of the complaint to our landlord when the incident originally occurred and forwarded the most recent complaint. Please be advised that London Drugs does not have control or own the parking lot where the incident occurred. We understand that the Property Manager had corresponded with the complainant and provided him with a recommendation as to what steps he should take.

  I have a serious complaint about the entire ********************** at the ********************** London Drugs. Every staff member is rude, unprofessional, arrogant and, worse yet, approachable. They lost my ****************.

  ************************* (Tech Experience Manager), of the ********************** location, has attempted to reached out to this customer to discuss his complaint and gather some additional information. While doing so, the customer stated "he did not want to spend time talking to **** right now and would call **** back". **** left his contact information with the customer, so as to do so, when convenient.As of this time, the customer has not called back.

  New store at Seven Oaks a joke! Fewer items and no cashiers. They removed the small wheely baskets so have to take a shopping cart even if only have a few items to purchase. For seniors and those with disabilities - we need the smaller wheely baskets! Very poor customer service unless you line up to see the only two humans at the ** department. Obvious LD is losing money because they closed two well operating stores to open this smaller monstrosities. I will be going to ******* or Superstore from now on.

  Horrible service at *************** London Drugs *******. A store associate ****** refused to replace a toy which had a missing part. That was a birthday gift for my son. My boy cried on his birthday. Shame on you, ******, and shame on you, ******* London Drugs. It was a $25 toy.

  The administration of London Drugs at ***************, ******* needs to pay a very close attention to the conduct of their store associate ******. ****** refused to exchange a defective toy and made false accusations against me and my child: ****** alleged that me or my son damaged the toy, that my son lost the missing piece. ****** also lied that because the packaging is open he cannot exchange the toy. Me and my child were falsely accused in front of other customers and when I asked for an explanation for ******'s actions, London Drugs did not provide it.

  I have ordered photo albums from London Drugs. I've been logging into my order details and it said order packed on March 20 tracking details will be available soon! Your order has been received and will be sent out shortly. That's all it ever said. I have been calling London Drugs costumer care number for the last week almost everyday inquiring about my order. They kept saying they will call me back. That they will talk to ****************** the ones that supposedly delivered the package. See if they took a picture of the delivery. They did not call back. I had to keep calling back. Than I got an email saying that they delivered my package on March 21st at 8:09pm at the front door. They are claiming the package was stolen. They have no proof of delivery even though I was home in the evening at that time. There was never any delivery notice, no e-mail, no tracking number no nothing who knows if it was ever delivered or even shipped and to where maybe dumped in a **** somewhere. So now I'm responsible for the cost of this package. They also refusing to sent out/refund my money saying I can file a police report and that there is not much they can do because my order was delivered as per corporate courier driver. I have filed a police report but it's very unlikely the package was stolen more likely it was never delivered. The area I live in is very safe people leave overhead kayaks, bikes and other expensive things and I had many things already in the carport, never mind the fact that my whole family was home at that time who would want to steal a box with photo albums really.

  The manager at the pharmacy in London Drugs in ******* **** has to learn some people skills.three time now he has told my wife that she is not a diabetic..She has been a diabetic fir 6-7 years ..He takes upon his self to question the meds. that are prescribed to her from her specialist..And also changes her mads with out asking either the Doctor or my wife..The man is a total A$$ when you try to talk to him..Gives you the impersonation that he is better then every one else.Since he became manager there the service has gone down hill tremendously..We have had two of out doctors say that we should change drug stores because of the service and ignorance that is happening there since *********************** took over ..He just talks down to all the people hat have to deal with him..It is getting bad when the doctors offices are telling you need to change drug stores.

  Worst customer service ive had. I am a nature photograhper and after talks with london drugs was interested in finding a local printing company for my clients work so as to not always be outsourcing off island. This backfired the website was annoying and had no option for gallery wrap on the peice i was doing. I was aware when i clicked i saw the message. I got a call shortly after from their photo department telling me that it is indeed not a gallery wrap. I assumed due to the fact all other companyies i go through a gallery wrap is the show peice finished product with the canvas tucked behind so as to not show wood or staples excreta. When ive ordred these in the past for qualtiy testing ive always got the canvas on a fram of some sort ussually the cheap rout where the wood is showing. London drugs however printed ******** cut off the flaps not even i might add their was wavy lines and stray fabric hanging off the print looked like she cut it with scissors. So all i got was 8x10 exactly of canvas with my image no way to mount it as the flaps were cut off. I asked why it was that they only do half the job like whats the point of this i wont be able to sell any of this and i was told they only do the ones that make them money the larger prints. The customer service was abysmal and i was basicly told to go somewhere else if i didnt like it. It will be no problem their London drugs this will be the last ******************************* again. I am completely disatified and was so ****** i just went home instead of demanding a refund. Dont worry i wont return again you just lost all my business for good. The did not succeed in securing my printing for my business thats for sure. This was at the ********* location in **.

  Absolutely horrible service for online ordering. I ordered and item and 6 weeks after I order I was notified it could take up to another 9 weeks. So I waited 9 weeks and was advised there would be further delays. In a world where most things can be delivered in a day this is pretty ridiculous.
