I ordered a pack of diapers from London Drugs for same day delivery. They never shipped the product nor did I receive it.
I called the next day and asked for a refund. I was refunded only part of the order by accident. For the last 3.5 weeks I've been chasing London Drugs to refund me the remaining 12 dollars owed to me.
It's absurd how much effort and time this is taking to receive my refund for a product that was never shipped to me... I'm still waiting for it and getting no help from customer service.London Drugs

I left my prescription with London Drug Whiterock, BC and they told me to come after 30 minutes. They dispensed 50% what the doctor prescribed with a $15 prescription fee. I didn't suspect anything and collected the medicine. When I came home, I found they have only dispensed 50% and checked with them. They didn't have any valid answer except that you should have checked before we bill. The intension to collect the dispensing fee twice from the unsuspecting customer is very clear. I wouldn't buy prescription drugs from them anymore.London Drugs

1 starWent to have my babies passport photo taken at the Burnaby Lougheed Mall location. Was told by the personnel that it was very time consuming and that they did not have the proper set up and gave me reasons why the photo would be unsuccessful: there would be shadows he claimed. Not sure why that would be especially when there had just been adults having their photos taken with no issues. He instead provided me with the name and address of a studio photographer nearby. When asked if all London drugs do not provide this service to babies I was told that they “probably don’t”. Untrue as my family member had just gone and had his 4 month old child’s photo taken with no issue. 1 starI had the most upsetting customer experience at this London Drugs location.
I** * ** **** **** *** drove down in the snow to purchase ** *** cigarettes, *** ** **. The customer service agent working on shift was crude and impolite before we even exchanged communication, she aggressively expressed its illegal and against policy to sell to someone if it’s not you. I explained it’s ** ****** who is the car parking lot and can’t walk well in the snow .
They treated me like I was a criminal, * *** ****** * I asked to speak to a supervisor who also stated it’s policy. When I explained it’s no longer about the tobacco it’s about the cruel and disrespectful treatment *** ***** *** **** ****. ***** ***** *** ********* ****** ******** *

I've been looking for a laptop for my family for Christmas. I have Covid and my kids are on break so I thought I'd buy one early for them. I found one on sale at a few stores but decided to buy online from London Drugs as they offer same day delivery through **** ****. I paid with my **** ***** and the money was taken from my bank account and I received a confirmation email. After a couple hours I still hadn't heard anything about delivery so I called the store who had not received my order yet. I did an online chat and spoke with Victor P who told me my order had been canceled and offered no apologies and would only say maybe something was wrong with my billing info. He told me I had to wait until Monday (it was Saturday) to speak with someone about this but after going back and forth more he finally gave me the number for customer service. I spoke with Preet first who said the same things and then said it would be 5 days before my money was refunded!! I asked to speak with a supervisor since they couldn't tell me why the order was canceled and were very rude. She said no and that she didn't have a supervisor. Finally she told me she had a team lead and I spoke with him. He was the worst of the 3! He told me my order was canceled because it didn't meet London Drugs "business needs". I asked what that meant and was told my order didn't meet their business needs. I was in tears at this point and was transfered to Tom, the manager at the Kelowna store. He was very kind and called customer service the next day to set up my refund and offered to set aside the laptop for me at thesame price. I received an email 2 days later telling me the refund was put through but I wont get the money for 3-5 business days more!! So I'm out the money until after Christmas and no laptop either. I have never been treated so poorly by customer service before! Apparently an 850$ order isn't good enough to meet London Drugs business needs so I won't be shopping online with them again.London Drugs

2 stars**** ****** London Drugs in ********** needs to give their photo lab personnel further customer service training. It is not my problem if you are busy and to tell me I'll have to go hunt someone down myself is not customer service. Then arguing with me about it and giving me a slew of excuses why. If I don't have to I will definitely not bring my photo business there in future. This is not the first time for poor service in that department and after spending alot of money in their photo department in the last week I think they are undeserving of my business and you can bet I'll not recommend them to anyone else eitherReview fromZoe M

Terrible customer service. I went to the London Drugs in Kerrisdale on October 26th to purchase an umbrella I had seen online. There was only one left in the colour I was looking for, but it was missing a price tag/bar code so I went to the cashier to see what my options were. I mentioned that I was looking to buy the umbrella, but I wasn't sure how to proceed since it did not have a tag, to which the cashier responded in a condescending tone "Okay? And how is that supposed to help me?". While I was completely taken aback, she continued "Those umbrellas over there? I'm pretty sure they're all $59.99". When I checked online this umbrella was only $17.99. I had gone to this cashier with a simple question about how to proceed with a purchase, yet I was met with a completely unprofessional attitude and no solutions--she did not recommend I go see customer service and if there really was no way she could ring up the item, she did not recommend I visit another location.
After our interaction I was concerned about the price so I went to go double-check, I confirmed that the other umbrellas were only $17.99, and brought up the website with the correct price to another register. He offered me a straightforward solution which I very much appreciate, but my interaction with the first cashier was terribly unprofessional and has left me with a sour impression of this company.London Drugs

The 1st time I didn’t get any confirmation, order #, etc. so I placed the order using a different credit card. Same result. I wrote an email to their customer service this morning.
