  awful product, discourage anyone from purchasing anything from this company. i purchased a BRAND NEW hot pressure washer from ********* state auction. product was wrapped still and not a scratch on it. less than 10 hours on the machine the pump on it went bad. i reached out to the company and went back and fourth through email trying to diagnose the problem. at the end they tell me the pump will need to be replaced and it will cost 600$ + shipping. they wont cover it because it was purchased at a auction though it was NEW. do not recommend using this company for anything. *****

  It looks like you purchased the unit from an auction house. Please review the terms and conditions for auction purchases, as it is clearly stated on your auction agreement that all items are sold as is. A review of the TMG Industrial website also clearly states that auction units are sold as is and do not have a standard Retail Purchased warranty.

  Is that your company's way of " legally " taking advantage of customers? Put in fine print " sold as is " basically stating ' our products are trash so we will send them to a auction to still make plenty of money but not be responsible for the product ' because that sure is a terrible way to do business. I am not even asking for a whole new unit, all i am asking for us a new pump. i would even pay the shipping! Looks like you guys sure do have a bad rap by reading all of the other reviews on here. kudos to you guys!

  If you need a building permit do not buy any of the *** sheds. They cannot give you the dimensions of the component parts. They were absolutely no help to my structural engineer when he called for information. Their customer service and sales know nothing. Out a lot of money.. Don't buy.

  Hey everyone, I ******* l purchased this Tmg-alf90 at an auction. The 4 post hoist is brand new in the box sealed from Tmg . Upon opening it and measuring the specs provided on the box they do not match. The runway thickness is 4 inch not 2 as well as the thickness of the runways being 1/2' think they are not even close. this lift is on sale for *******. I would not ever buy this product and i do not even want to use it after doing a lot of research about it . If you do your homework on it , the lift columns are the smallest width on the market **** inchs by 6'' wide . the runways are also 4' thick the lowest in the industry. the lift is not ALI ********* and as far as the ****lb rating not sure how it was came up with. I contacted tmg and let them know about the specs being incorrect no torque specs provided. I then told them its a generic Chinese made copy cat lift and many are the exact same design for **** or less with castors and jack ***** included. If you notice the two tabs on the columns on the bottom are for the castors that are on many of the same design lifts. the sales guy informed me they have overhead and other places you have to wait 3 months and wont be in stock. Such a regret buying this. Anyone looking for a 4 post lift ****** 4 post lift comparison and you will see the differences in quality compared to this lift . Please Tmg industrial redesign this lift and certify it to the industry standard instead of buying these poorly made Chinese lifts and just doubling the price on them. You have my info from me asking for the torque specs so you know this is a real review plus the recorded calls. Please make better products. Also you screen your reviews on you website so low reviews can't be added. Another point is this lift has 15 reviews but they aren't even for it they are reviews for other hoists . One can only assume you do this, so the product looks better . let your company be allowed to be reviewed on ****** .

  Bought a tire changer 3 yrs ago. Last week the handle that removes the tire from the rim broke. I was informed that this regularly replaced item was special order and would 10 WEEKS to arrive. Wouldn't take one off an in stock changer as that would make the tire changer unsellable, I guess. better my tire changer down for 10 weeks then for them to sit on one for 10weeks. After all they already have my money. Today they informed me I would have to pay for the part before they would order it. So they get that $120 10 weeks before they have to supply the part. I like the tire changer but the after sale parts service needs ALOT of work. So now I have to go and have someone prefab the part so that its not just a $10,000 paper weight for 10 weeks.

  ****** ***** mower came with welds that clearly had no penetration. I noticed the separation a couple months past the one year mark. Regardless of the clean and squared off metal indicating the weld never penetrated, they would not warranty.

  I purchased a compactor. I explained my situation, that I required it shipped immediately. I was guaranteed that it would ship the next day.
  2 days later I received an email saying that it was canceled AS PER MY REQUEST!. I did not cancel it. I did not want it cancelled.
  I then called them. The man I spoke to was VERY RUDE. When I tried to speak he spoke over me.
  In reality, they lied to me. They did not have it in stock as they stated.
  I record all of my phone calls. They cannot dispute what I am saying.
  Horrible experience that will now cost me $1000.00 dollars as I cannot get another shipped in the time frame that I need it. So, i will have to rent one while I wait for my new machine to come in.
  I am purchasing one from ******** ********* **********. They have been in business for 20 years and do not have any BBB complaints. That says something!
  They have lost a customer. I had intentions of purchasing some prefab buildings from them, but will source them elsewhere. They just cant be trusted.
  I wish I would of done more homework before I ordered online. Buyer beware. MY FAULT!

  I was very clear on my phone call that I required the compactor shipped the same day. I was told that it could not ship until the following day, which I accepted.
  2 days later I received an email saying the order was cancelled AT MY REQUEST! That is a total Lie! I did not cancel the order. See below the copy of the email I received.
  When I spoke to your representative, I did not get hostile. Your representative would not listen to me and kept on speaking over me anytime I tried to speak. I have the conversation recorded, as all my conversations are.
  In reality, you representative told me that another representative would contact me in a couple of days to find another payment method. That was not acceptable to me, and no reason why it should have happened.
  If you wanted a different payment method, I would of accommodated that the day I placed the order, not 5 days later!
  Quit lieing! You did not have the item in stock, and played games! Terrible company to deal with.
  I have ordered a better machine. ********** Compactor. Paid in full as was this one that you never shipped!
  Reading all the BBB reviews as well as google reviews, People will realize who is telling the truth. Change your business practices, and you wont get bad reviews.

  Terrible Customer service! I ordered parts for my TMG stump grinder directly from the company in Canada. In hind site I would have been better served had I ordered from a third party in the US. My order was paid in full plus nearly $50 for shipping. When the delivery date was missed for the second time, TMG was contacted. I was given the tracking number only to find out the the package was held up at US Customs. 6 weeks later, and several phone calls and e mails to TMG a refund has been refused. I have let TMG know that I am not a satisfied customer. I've been told by a TMG employee " I guess my supervisor will bribe US customs". I was also told that due to supply issues, My order didn't go out until mid September....However, when tracked, my order arrived at US customs September 12th. So TMG has received my money plus shipping, but over 6 weeks later I have no refund nor product. I understand TMG can't control US Customs, but a refund would have made quite a difference. I'll make sure I get my money back tenfold letting every social media sites I'm affiliated with know my frustrations. On several occasions I have asked to speak with supervisors, and requested contact information for these people only to be ignored, or told that they are not available.
  TMG website states free shipping to the US, however I was told that was not the case for parts orders. If TMG can't get their products to US customers in a timely manner, maybe they shouldn't target these customers.

  I have purchased two tractor attachments from TMG Industrial. Both of them were shipped on time, and arrived in good working order. The products I received were as represented on the website. I was contacted specifically after each order to ensure that the shipping details were accurate and that conditions were adequate for receiving the equipment. I will purchase from TMG Industrial again in the future.
