Bough a tiller three months later there was a pin hole in the hydraulic line, they use fittings from ***** so you can't get one made at a local shop. I was forced to pay upfront before the hose to be ordered, still no hose available over 4 months later. Phone message state's part available on average 1.6 days. Employees are ********** and can't understand why their customers are all upset. I got a email from human resorces because the parts personal was upset , what a joke. 1 starVery unhappy with my new preasure washer ,and the response from customer service, right from the first day of use the pump was no good ,customer service said they would replace it ,but they said it would take 6-8 wks ,bought a new replacement while i waited ,now since i replaced the pump ,they say i don't need the pump they promised me . Nothing but issues since i bought it , pump ,eye for the burner , leaky fittings , fuel bowl full of plastic shavings , very sorry i bought this brand .Review fromJason G

Terrible customer service. They don't stand behind their products. Everything is built VERY cheap so you'd think they would have a decent service team but they have nothing. Wouldn't suggest buying ANYTHING from this company.My compactor has been falling apart from day 1. If you look at all their bad review reply's they try and turn them around on the customer. Obviously they have some big issues that they cant seem to comprehend.TMG Industrial

TMG hot water pressure washer ****** Nothing but Problems, Soon as i got it the quick connect went on the gun , then the connection on the hose real blew apart and had to be replaces this is with in a couple hours of use.The heater has never worked right , probably cause of the spring broken in the pressure switch , which while under warranty they wanted me to pay 150 for a new one and it was going to be 10 weeks away. Now the pump the shaft on the pump to the motor the keyway gouged out so the pump had to be replaced which was a fight to get as well (while under warranty) this is all under a year. While only used a month last summer and not used in the winter and happened this spring Every part is weeks away or 10 weeks and everything they Tried to make me pay for while under warranty i have had to fight with them I thought i was buying top of the line and it was so far from that!! However, it is important to note that the damage to the spline was not covered under warranty, as it occurred due to the continued usage of the machine despite the faulty pump. We strongly advise that in such cases, it is best to discontinue the use of the machine until the replacement is received.Furthermore, we would like to acknowledge your impeccable record of no tickets or incomplete records until now. Very Unhappy with the quality of the product, and the support afterwards! May 17 we bought a ********** kit from them. We took it to Powell River to setup in our backyard. The instruction booklet only showed diagrams - no words. Red Flag #1 When we opened the box we were surprised to see how flimsy some of the aluminium pieces actually were. Red Flag #2 Once we had got it together a nasty windstorm came up. There was no time to secure the base to the concrete pad, so we braced it well with heavy weights. One of the reasons there was not enough time to secure it to the concrete was that the aluminium base feet - that attach to the frame - did not have pre-drilled screw holes as was shown in the diagram, so I was planning to do that once we were finished - but the storm came up quite suddenly. We felt like we'd secured it well, and it was solidly in place, but the wind ripped off one of the roof windows, then another panel, then another, and another. With half the panels ripped out the wind literally whipped inside the whole unit lifted it up in the air and over a fence, crashing into the trees. The flimsy aluminium frame was completely mangled and beyond any kind of repair. The two end pieces stayed intact, and most of the poly-carbonate panels stayed intact. *** **** *** ******* ** *** When I called the company the guy just told us they wouldn't do anything - and he really sounded like he didn't care. I'd asked why they wouldn't post my review that I submitted twice - hey, I don't want others to lose their money like we did - He just passed that off dismissively and hung up on me. *** ** *** ****** ** ******* they are now offering the same ********** for $400 bucks less than I paid for it a month earlier. *** At this point I don't expect to see any compensation from them, but I would definitely caution anyone from ordering products from TMG Industrial. Your response is not addressing the issue appropriately. We Did follow the manual but the holes were NOT predrilled as shown in the installation manual, so it was impossible to secure them as shown in the diagrams. This is a defect from the Factory, not the installation. The fact that you are trying to deflect the responsibility is unprofessional.The parts that were Not predrilled are: 1A, 2A,1B, 2B, 3 and 4. These are the bottom ***** that connect directly to the vertical upright posts. They are shown on many pages of the manual but most specifically on page 9.As to your comment about threats or ultimatums, that is very insulting. As stated, your support person was uninterested in resolving, or even addressing our situation. There were no threats other than a promise to put this on ************ and reviews - which I am doing.It's the only recourse I have.On your sales pages you show customer reviews that are positive, but not one negative one. ****** and BBB have many dissatisfied purchasers saying very similar comments about your business. That's unscrupulous!As a consumer we want to know the ****** not engineered reviews. Manipulating customer satisfaction might help sales in the short term, but it is NOT a long term business plan for success. 1 starPurchased 72" Skid Steer ***** Cutter model *** *********. Cannot recommend! It cuts grass fine but have used 4 times and bent or broke blades/blade carrier 3 out of 4 times. If blade catches the smallest root, blade assembly bends up like a pretzel. POOR design! Spent nearly the purchase price in outside mechanic time on it and it still doesn't work and ended up having further problems despite customer service giving the mechanic the run around on things to try. Unbeknownst to us it turns out TMG purchased this unit from an auction so there's no warranty. They've now offered to take it back after many months and WAY too much time and money spent on it and the customer service rep has been very unaccomodating to even cost share our expense on their ***** auction item. VERY unhappy with the company and their customer service. The customer service rep had the audacity to email "at no point during my correspondence with (mechanic name) did I receive any kind of indication from you that you expected TMG Industrial to pay for the time committed to this, otherwise I could have advised you long ago that this is not viable." I can't recommend this company at all! I purchased their livestock shed, 12' x 20', the instructions are not complete at all, for example:There is 7 sizes of siding with part numbers like *****, ****** ( no physical dimensions are given), the physical siding has numbers like 18, 19, 20, etc. there is no way to know where they go! The pieces are all pre drilled, some with holes about 1' from top, others with holes 1' off bottom, others 4" off bottom, I tried every combination possible to get combinations to be able to sheet roof, none worked so had to order roofing material from another company. I did review on their web site but they didn't post it nor did they contact me to resolve.NEVER AGAIN will I deal with them and DO NOT recommend.TMG Industrial

The instructions are a MESS! I am a licensed HVAC mechanic totally familiar assembly and welding including stick, MIG, gas. The part numbers in instructions do not match the part numbers in the product, further the instructions the part numbers do NOT give any dimensions so it's all a stab in the dark!. I suggest you change the instructions and / or labels on components so they match. Also advise people a lot of this is **** welding, ( end to end with no insert). Purchased a brand new TMG ***** Burier from ******* ******** Auction and have only used it to basically till soil and has approx **** hours on it. Here is the list of issues thus far;- chain snapped at 1 hour. As it was an auction purchase tmg quoted me almost $300 for a chain and it would be ***** weeks. ****** dealership cut me a chain that was actual quality for $20.00.- literally every bolt on this unit was so loose after 2 hours I could unscrew most by hand. - Many bolt holes are willpower out. - Bolts holding the tines break like toothpicks. I HAVE NOW REPLACED EVERY SINGLE ONE. - every gasket leaks drastically and you need to check fluids and top up almost every time you use it. .- welds are very poor quality. This is 1 of 2 NEW TMG products I have purchased from auction and I can honestly say there is zero quality to their implements. First time using the Root rake the Hydrolics broke covering my tractor in fluid. After fixing that I noticed many welds were opening up.... this is only after 45 min of use. Safe yourself the hassle. The lower prices on TMG products at actions are enticing but such poor quality. **************** is also none existent. ****TMG Industrial
