We had several challenging cleaning areas that Scott showed exceptional care with, and I was very impressed with how careful and meticulous he was. We had a Persian carpet that had experienced dog urine, and he treated it with an odour remover, rinsed it, used the Citrus-O cleaner, and rinsed it again, and as I had asked for a deep clean, even rinsed it a third time. Add to that a set of stairs, and a downstairs carpet with several stains from a messy teenager, couch cushions that were equally soiled, and another wool area rug. I would not hesitate to recommend Citrus-O, and specifically Scott. He services the Vancouver area, and explained his equipment, what he had done, what areas presented difficulties, and was very generous with his time, and was kind and obviously took pride in his work.
