      Purchase experience went good. When they want your money everything goes well, right? However, upon receiving our couch the legs were black and not oak as we have ordered. Week after week I have been calling and requesting a replacement. No one calls me and lets me know what is going on. It going on 5 weeks and we keep hearing "next week" or "technician is on vacation" ... etc. Is there another technician? It takes 6 weeks to make the couch and 5 weeks to replace legs? Ridiculous! **************** horrible! I will never buy from *** again.

      We purchased a sofa and live seat from MJM end of November. We were advised it could take 3 months but we were pleasantly surprised when we got a call furniture was ready for delivery a month sooner. ***** was our *** and answered all of questions. The delivery guys did a great job and were quick to set up. We love our new furniture and very happy with the service from ***

      We are very pleased with our recent sofa and swivel chairs purchases. We required a specific size of leather sofa to fit into our family room and found one on **** Website so we drove to the ********* Store to take a look at the sofa, recheck the dimensions, check out the leather colour options and determine if it was comfortable to sit on. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Sales Representative **** who was a real pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the sofa that we wanted to see wasnt available in their showroom so **** arranged to have one brought in. Once the sofa arrived **** called us to come and have a look at the sofa and he rechecked the dimensions. It was a perfect fit, so **** immediately made arrangements to bring in another one from their warehouse. He also arranged to have ***** pick up our old sofa and deliver and setup the new one within a couple of days. **** even followed up with us to ensure we were pleased with the quality of the delivery service. ***** product knowledge was very much appreciated, along with his friendly no hassle sales personality. ***** and his partner who delivered and set up our couch were also very personable and a pleasure to deal with.

      Great customer service, ***** helped us around and gave us the best information about our new bed and she told us that they will keep it stored in their warehouse until we sell the old bed and have the bed room ready for the new bed I highly recommend this business

      I recently purchased a sofa from MJM and have faced multiple issues within just six months. Despite assurances from the salesperson, ******, that the sofa would be firmer than the showroom model, the foam has significantly collapsed. Additionally, despite requesting and being provided dimensions to ensure the sofa would fit through my doorway, it did not fit upon delivery. The delivery person, *****, mentioned that this misfit has happened with other customers and usually requires remanufacturinga fact not disclosed by ****** at the time of purchase.When addressing the foam issue, the store's response was to send a technician without the necessary information, leading to further delays. Moreover, the replacement foam provided after a month was dirty and cobwebbed, which is far from acceptable.My experience highlights a lack of communication and customer service from the initial purchase to the resolution attempts. I had hoped for a straightforward purchase and efficient after-sales support, especially considering the investment in a quality sofa. Future customers should be wary of these service gaps and ensure they have all the necessary information and assurances in writing. I hope MJM takes this feedback to improve their customer service and product quality
