We went in to purchase furniture twice over the last month, and both times were greeted, very warmly buy the staff. Our salesperson, Paul G*****, was amazing! He was warm, polite, and patiently showed us all the options. Paul listened to our needs, and was able to help us choose the perfect pieces. We never felt pressured or rushed and are extremely happy with our purchases. But we were even more impressed with Paul’s salesmanship and will definitely refer MjM and Paul G***** to our friends and family!

We have bought the majority of our furniture for our new home from MJM and are super impressed with the level of service, the quality of the furniture and the great prices. Our family wanted to return to MJM Furniture in Coquitlam as we had such a wonderful experience the last time we furnished our home. Tina was very friendly and helpful. She spent a lot of time with us, and patiently answered all of our questions, and provided thoughtful recommendations. After visiting a few furniture stores, I went to MJM (Coquitlam) and had a very positive experience with the sales Rep - Paul.
He was very friendly, provided us with sound advise and recommendations & then gave us the time and space to make up our minds.
He had excellent customer service skills.
We purchased our sofa that day and felt reassured that we had made the right decision and our sofa was delivered the next day:)

Rishi he made me feel that I had the right guy to help me with some issues that I was blessed with do to special requirements for my husband.
He was more than willing to take the time to listen to them before he made suggestions . Gave me an important advice to be sure that what I choose was right and that the chairs were comfortable, safe and sturdy for my husband and me. Tried a few of them because I had settled on the table that I wanted but the chairs could be a problem if they were not just right. He was extremely patient, kind and understood my needs.
After a decision was made he also made sure that I got my order and set up was done on the day I requested. He followed through with phone calls and after 8:00pm that night, got a phone call from him making sure I got my order delivered, that the table and chairs were set up and by the sound of my voice he could tell that I was very happy with the choice we made together with his knowledge and kindness given to me by him.

Tina is extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding furniture products and design. She was able to give lots of recommendations on style, size, and product selection. We were indecisive but she was very patient and ultimately helped us find something we were looking for!
