      This business has failed twice in the billing department. They cost me hundreds of dollars in *** charges for over charging my card several times. Even after calling, emailing and going in person to their storefront they continued to charge my card without authorization. I have asked them to put the account on hold as they've put me into so much debt with these charges and I cannot afford to pay their extortianate prices after such a colossal mistake on their behalf but they just don't care and continue to charge me even though I no longer attend their gym. They advertise $14.99 bi-weekly but its actually $75 per month after all the hidden fees are added. I was taken for $350.00 for just two months membership and they continue to hound me for another $150.00 claiming I need to pay them $75 if I want them to stop. They're immoral, unethical and blatantly scamming locals without any customer service (ignore me in hopes I go away) This is a very stressful location to deal with. After speaking with other students from ****, *** and *** along with hundreds of colleagues in my industry I have heard nothing but bad things.

      Not a good company. Lots of hidden fees and it is owned by an American firm called ABC Fitness. Do not expect customer service.

      I'm a member at club 16 in **********. This place cares about no one. **************** DOES NOT EXIST! the equipment is falling apart. I can't get the number for the owner or any feed back. All this gym cares about are your fees. This gym is USELESS.

      0/5 stars should be allowed. Continued deducting membership fees for over 2 years after cancellation in writing. Refused to refund fees. Former manager still works there, and acknowledged receiving the cancellation in writing and told manager to issue the refund, but the manager refused. Do not ever sign up for a membership here or you will be **** with it for life. I will be lodging a formal complaint with Consumer Protection.

      Stay away from Trevor Linden club 16. The worst company to have any relationship with. Variety of hidden fees, 22$ late fee charge on top of 16$ charge, etc.

      This company has robbed me of 260$ within 30 days. When I signed up, they said no enrollment fee, however charged 62$ (named it something else). Their website said no contracts, I was put on a contract as a punishment for getting their upgraded membership. Then, after finding out their gyms are crowded and unhygienic, I tried to cancel within 15 days but was given the run around for a month! I couldn't cancel! I went in to the club, used their contact form online, called them, emailed them. They have a secret email address to email in order to cancel and you have to say their verbiage to cancel. They finally charged me for another month, plus a 78$ cancellation fee, plus an annual fee of 52$ JUST to get rid of them. Straight corporate robbery taking advantage of ordinary people. Make sure you read their contracts and terms and policies with a lawyer before signing up. Who does that? But you should. The processes are archaic and bureaucratic, the cancellation team is not club 16 and everyone is just a puppet repeating corporate policies and lingo. Thieves!

      Quite disappointing. ***************************** name attached to this kind of operation. So long as you don't try to cancel your membership, all is well. Try to cancel and you discover... 1-ANOTHER PARTY handles their cancellations, 2-Even if you've been paying the higher "cancel anytime" rate (how it was presented to me), you won't be allowed to cancel effective immediately. Rather, they will say you owe them a month's notice and must pay all charges which occur within that month, INCLUDING an ANNUAL fee (I was a member for 2 months or so maximum, but they charge me a YEAR PLUS to cancel!). This was, literally, my first ever foray into the fitness club world. If they wanted to completely turn me off and burn any possibility of a future good relationship with this customer, then mission accomplished. Also, their ironically dubbed "customer CARE" outfit **** Fitness), which handles cancellations, is very quick with auto replies and short on decent answers. I expected more. Live and learn? Buyer beware? All true. **************

      Lawyers avoid.First, the contractual terms essentially have your initial deposit as non-refundable. And second, the reason why is because despite their alleged "qualification" teams, I never got a SINGLE qualified lead from this service (they generated 15 for $2000). After submitting the first several "disputes" only to get "refunds" in the form of new leads that were equally deficient, I decided to cut my losses and simply ask for a refund of the last $600. As stated, they do not offer cash refunds. Terrible service, complete waste of money.

      more concerned about their $14 membership fee than making sure clients with PT sessions on file are looked after and connected with another trainer wehn the current one quits...disgusting customer service with the exception of some of the front desk staff.
