    We had our heat ducts cleaned by Thomson after purchasing an older home. The service person was excellent. He arrived right on time, kept everything clean and did not disturb us much while doing his job. We were very pleased with the service.

    I am very happy to have chosen Thomson Industries for the purchase and installation of a new furnace and central AC in February 2022. The first servicing of both has just been completed. My experience with this company has been first class all the way with their skilled technicians being very efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Love that they never leave a trace of their work behind and are so pleasant to deal with. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Thomson Industries.

    We had two technicians here for a problem with our mini splits. They were both knowledgeable and courteous and completed the job well and on time. The staff in the office are always kind, happy and also courteous. We are very happy with the company and their service.

    Very pleased with all aspects of the purchase and installation. Condo mini-splits require some extra planning for energy supply and I believe the installers delivered the best solution. I was very satisfied with everything from the initial appraisal to the warranty followup; five stars!

    The Thomson tech made it through a heavy snowfall when I had my doubts. The tech was fast and proficientin tuning up my furnace. My neighbour tried to call Thomson the night before but the office had closed 15 minutes earlier. I asked if he could fit him in also. He did my neighbours furnace tune-up also right after mine. I am very happy with Thomson and will be using them again.
